Despite being under the pump with a queue out the door over the long weekend, the service provided by all the staff was outstanding. The manager in particular was noticeably communicating with staff to ensure they were all coping and made sure to step in where help was needed. Also very impressed with the way they all handled their customers under these circumstances.

Staff were very friendly and apologized for the order not being ready and running out of various items, which isn't their fault. They asked what substitute i would like and were apologetic Food was good

I've been going to Subway Heathcote with a client so many times. The staff is exemplary and delightful. Today is very very busy for them. But both staff are calm under pressure and maintain remarkable professionalism. My client is autistic and requires more olive and other things, but they remain cool and accommodating. The food is fresh and tasty. Subsequently, they're so busy.

Ok maybe I haven't been to subway for a while, but the quality of food seems to have deteriorated. Very bland and tasteless. They ran out of food options. Service very slow despite very few customers. 3 employees stocking a fridge and 1 serving???? Oh and the "recycling" bin went directly in with the general rubbish. Think I'm off subway.

Probably the worst subway staff in the shire. I’m a delivery driver and today I went for a pick up. The order was ready and I showed a one of the staff’s the customer name and he nodded back so I took the order. I was about to start the delivery and another member came running towards me and started arguing that I didn’t show the name to anyone. She acted like if I was stealing the order and running away with it. They need to learn how to respect delivery drivers. We’re just doing our jobs and not their servants.

Consistently the slowest subway I’ve ever visited. Must be to do with how they’re trained? So relaxed and fumbling. I always feel like it’s everyone’s first day. Waiting over 20mins in line is a joke

Clean, spacious, good service, usual quality produce, friendly and efficient staff. Busy weekday lunchtime. Great manager. Lost a star simply because no beetroot, otherwise 5 star fast-food store.

Worse subway I have ever visited. Attended yesterday. Bread was rock hard like crisp bread, really stingy with fillings. I don't even mind being "tricked" with lots of lettuce, a handful of shredded iceberg goes a long way. Even the dressing tasted as if it was watered down. Really poor representation of the usual high standard we expect from Subway. If you are looking for satisfying lunch. Stay away from this place.

Not good. The person behind the counter had poor hygiene. Kept on wiping his nose with the back of his hand.

I came here this morning to buy some footlongs to offer to friends and needed them cut into 4. Although it took some time, the two ladies at the counter happily helped me wrap them individually. Thanks so much for going out of your way to do this. 🙏

Just superb! I had two platters from them on the 17th. Simply outstanding. Everyone loved the food. Even the kids did not crave burgers. They were so happy with the subway!

Amazing service, great staff. Being a picky vegetarian, had a lot of conditions while preparing my subs. The gentleman at the counter was so patient and served us with a smile. Definitely a 5 star experience.. Thank you
