The most friendly pet store ever. This is a massive pet store with everything you need from food, toys, equipment, pet beds, and medications. There is a grooming wash area at the back so you can bring your pet in for a wash. The staff are all super friendly and super helpful. You can become a member for discounts, offers and they remember your pets! I couldn't recommend this store more. Grateful to have this in our LGA!

I phone the shop before coming in and explained I needed help with a colar - I had baby and puppy in the car. The staff were extremely helpful over the phone and asked me to park right out the front. They brought out several options for me to pick from. It’s great to have support and feel welcome. Thanks again.

Super helpful lady served us when buying puppy supplies. Shame they seemed to be running low on stock on quite a few things though.

Great selection in store and online! Recently purchased a rabbit hutch online and picked up at my closest store. Staff were friendly and helpful even loading the item into my car for me. Was very happy with the service and prices. Also very happy with my hutch the quality is great and is better then my expectation (as is my rabbit)

I am always welcomed by friendly staff as soon as I walk into this store. I used to shop online at pet circle but will now only shop at Petstock Engadine. The store is always in immaculate condition and stock is always available! The staff were very sympathetic when my cavoodle passed away unexpectedly 2 weeks ago. Highly recommend the team !

Wonderful pet store! The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I brought a nervous dog and they helped us try on the right sized harness. I was so impressed on how they handled themselves around my dog and tried to make him feel more comfortable. The store is always well stocked with a large variety to choose from. The staff often offer to help carry heavy pet food too, which I haven't needed but appreciate the kindness. I also love that they have rescued cats up for adoption. It's a lovely thing as there are so many without a home. The bonus for me is even if I need to make a trip for something small, I can check them out for fun.

Helpful friendly service from the staff! They helped me size my kitten up for a harness. Wasn't sure which one to get her, and this one fit perfectly. Really great range of products too.

Amazing customer service and beautiful skilled groomers onsite. Had my dog groomed and was a extremely happy with care taken and result of groom. Highly recommend.

They were pushing products and services I didn’t need and had other options if I said no, it was really frustrating actually and I did not feel comfortable or want to come back again. And bought things I actually didn’t need because the customer service/ staff wouldn’t leave you alone…

Sadly I haven’t had a very good experience lately at Pet Stock Engadine. David on a Monday is always amazing and helpful and we have been buying dog & cat supplies there for over a year now which are affordable and great for our pets! Sadly, I experienced a lack of customer service and care when I went to get my dogs nails clipped today. Firstly, you can’t book - so it’s a walk in only policy which is hard when you’re time poor and wanting to get things done. Secondly, I went in on a Thursday when the groomers were supposed to be there and I was told to come back another day. Thirdly, I went on a Saturday and was pushed back twice as they were busy and when I went back for the final time I was told to wait another 5 minutes which I did. I stood around and waited for another 20 minutes while 4 floor staff (3 of which knew the reason I was there) watched me wait. No one directed me or told me I was next in line. It wasn’t until I finally left and called that I was told I was to knock on the door of the groomers room and if I came back I would be served. Sadly, my dog who has anxiety was already past his limit and I had to take him home but I would have appreciated guidance from the floor staff to avoid this situation in the first place and also the ability to book in for a nail clipping which is, in my eyes, a grooming service. I hope that next time will be better but today was really disappointing.

Lots of variety on offer and dog wash inside the shop for your best friend. They have adoptions on occasionally, usually cats and rabbits. Knowledgable staff and reward programm offered.

Would not support buying local from them. Was spending up every month there $140 a time in pet food treats toys etc. Had I known what I know now, I would do the drive to Miranda or Taren point.. no issues there. As soon as I picked up wrong size vest and needed to exchange I was met with a firm no. Manager also confirmed while not even making eye contact or acknowledging I existed. Service Pro? I give a resounding No. PETSTOCK Engadine your manager needs to go back to basics and perhaps learn what a customer experience looks like from companies who grow and retain. Meanwhile, they have people feeling the fabric on garment's in public including themselves all day long? How can they ensure my dogs safety? Sadly, they are only out to support themselves. The double standard amazes me. happy to assist if it assist them. Customer Service Support is a resounding zero. Won't be supporting this local again. Supporting local goes both ways. I'll be letting any Engadine friends know so they don't get stung too. ! Buyer beware....
