Dutch Bros Coffee is my favorite Coffee location. They have excellent coffee, a perfect business model, and superior customer service. Their Coffee is always brewed to order and despite what might appear to be a long line waiting to order Dutch Bros the business model operates at peak efficiency and the line will move with lightening speed. I always order 4 shots of Espresso on Ice to sip on long drives, like over 200 to 250 Mike's and that Espresso keeps me alert 🙃! Wow, talk about an experience. Visited some friends in Oregon and always love going to Dutch Bros, it really is the best. This last weekend tho made our road trip so much more memorable. Hunter was the man, he told me about all the sugar free options they have now and helped me make a BOMB cold brew drink. Everyone here was so fun and friendly and really made our day. Like I said I love going to Dutch Bros to begin with but this location really went the extra mile and made us all feel special. One of those life moments you had to be there for, I can’t wait to go back and visit on the next road trip to Oregon. Thank you all but a special shout out to Hunter, he was the icing on the cake and I hope he gets recognition for this!

Highly recommend Dutch Bros if you enjoy any kind of non-alcoholic beverages. The crew at the Sutherlin location is the absolute best. They have a high upbeat attitudes that lifts your spirits. Their coffee and soda drinks are just as good, if not better, than the other guy for less Bucks.

First time at this Dutch! Friendly service as always. We tried a cold brew and our normal Annihilator, should have had the cold brew with a bit more coffee or an extra shot. Not a huge fan of cold brew but it was good for a first try. The line seemed long, but it actually moved quickly, there is only one drive thru and you can park if you choose not to wait in line. We can't say enough about the model of Customer Service they have. We have only encountered on Dutch that didn't offer superior customer service. It is a business model that others can learn from. They are always beyond Grateful to the tip! They go out of their way to make sure the amount we leave is correct! Keep up the great work!

One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. Rude attitude, he basically threw my drink to me....for the most part this new crew is good...with that 1 exception. It's a small town...respect that.

My husband and I absolutely love coming to this location. We’re from Newark, CA and drive up to Portland often. We make sure to always stop by this location to get our coffee. The staff is amazing; so kind and full of energy. And the drinks are always delicious. Thank you for always greeting us with a smile ensuring we have a great drink for the road.

This branch is in a great location right by the freeway and gas station for trips northbound from the Roseburg area. Always friendly and they make great drinks. Faster than many other branches for sure.
