Ordered the Father's Day combo deal -beef. The chicken fries were awesome as usual however the burgers were pathetic. The patty was really thin, mayo was all over the place and the onions in the burger were cut into huge rounds giving the burger a horrible taste of just onion🤮 We also received a choclate larva cake as part of the combo and by the time we were done with our meal the ice cream had melted and the larva cake was in a puddle of watery ice cream. The atmosphere to dine was not a plus point either. Not a good experience for me this time.

Burger king's food is good and cheaper in comparison to other fast food joints in Fiji especially when BK has it's coupons promotion going on. It has great customer service and the wait for food isn't much longer than a few minutes. On the contrary, an incident occurred the last time I visited BK. The total of my purchase was $23.90 However the cashier was charging me $31.00 due to a system error that the cashier was unaware of. After bringing this to the attention of the supervisor present the matter was soon resolved and I was charged the correct amount. I recall another similar instance that took place earlier this year. Hence, I would advise anyone going to BK to check their total amount charged carefully before paying.

Quite poor service. We ordered three meals and asked to change the drinks to two apple juices and one orange juice. We probably should’ve expected to be charged more for juice, but were only told after we’d already paid by credit card. The cashier had nothing to say of informing us late. Furthermore, upon arriving home and checking the receipt, we saw it was $2.50 extra per juice when we were told it was $2 extra, and we had been given a tropical fruit drink rather than orange juice.

At the time of writing, they had a chocolate filled soft serve that's perfect for a weekend stop with friends or family. The place is clean and staff are polite.

There's something eerie about eating at Ganilau House Burger King ..my meal looked sad .

Overall, Burger King is a decent place to eat and their service is in par with international standards. At the counter will always ask you to upgrade your drinks, chips or add cheese to your burger, I find this upsell very enticing however it will have a pinch on your pocket when it all adds up, so just be mindful of the upsells when paying for your meal. The kids meal is fine with me whenever I take my kids there, but I find the accompanying kids toy abit disappointing compared to McDonalds.

My friends had bought a meal plan that BK was promoting with the expectation that the two's hunger would be satisfied, unfortunately their appetite was ruined upon seeing the meal that per menu was served with 3pc nibbles along with fries and the qty of fries wouldn't have even satisfied a kids hunger. It only took em few mins to get the order done so we assumed they served due to being busy not realizing we spend money to satisfy our hunger and we do not get the proper service. Wishing to see a change in their service.

Chocolate shake is so thick. Can't use with a straw. Please consider to make this drinkable

They double fry their fries here. Good decor but some booth tables aren't aligned properly, service is pretty slow.

The service was fantastic. The girls at the counter were really friendly and the guard at the door was kind enough to keep an eye on my stuff. The burger itself was delicious, with really fresh tangy tomatoes. Will definitely come back next time I am in Suva!

Located right at the city center inconveniently located for cars during the day but convenient at night very elegantly styled interior for kid's to play and ample spaces for adults to enjoy their Whopper! Services was not satisfactory because it was busy and as expected in any places like BK is mistaken orders which is prevalent in Both burger joint here in FIji. There is no refill of sodas and large sodas here is a medium size in the States! No free Ketchup? The price is equivalent!

If you are walking in town under the heat please drop by at Burger King in Suva. With cool A/C can mske you feel better. And just order Fish Burger and here tgey also serve local beer for 5 FJD!! That's the reason why I <3 Burger King in Fiji!!

The place looks awesome first of all. Very welcoming. Prices are reasonable with a variety to choose from. Desserts are definitely a treat for an after meal. They offer free WiFi as well so you can have a great time streaming content online while enjoying a good meal.
