The hotel is convenient but that’s it. Room is very dirty and there were stains on the sheets. In need of a massive renovation.

Formally JJs and needs a huge amount of work done to it to bring it to standard. We stayed there mainly for the price as there were some renovations being done. Some of the pictures are misleading, but you do get what you paid for! If this property is updated properly it would be an absolute jewel. But far from that at the moment. Friendly staff and owners, and they are trying hard to move forward👍

For those of you thinking of booking this hotel, think twice before you make a booking. Their elevator doesn’t work, so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs and walk up everyday. You’ll be lucky to receive help with your luggage. The hotel is really filthy. The room we stayed in was quite dirty, and only cleaned once, upon request for the duration of 1 week that we stayed there. I’ve got pics to prove these claims. Curtains and windows really dirty. Tv was not working. Aircon not working, and the mattress had bed bugs which we could actually see crawling around at night. The toilet bowl was quite unstable when we sat on it plus there was water coming out from the base of the toilet bowl. I desperately needed a place to stay, so I booked this place without reading the reviews. I think the pics and information on the internet about this hotel is really misleading. It is not current and does not depict the real pics. The price I paid for this hotel was really not worth it at all. I only wish if the relevant authorities could look into this matter seriously as the reviews on this page seem to have some similarities. It’s location is so convenient, however, it really needs a massive makeover.

I had the worst stay ever. The hotel elevator is broken and so we had to haul our luggage up 6 flights of stairs. The rooms are dirty and the hot water was not working in the shower. Do not ever stay here.

Curtains falling off , dirty balcony no rubbish bins in room, paid $150 for suite , had 2 queen bed and reception guy asked to move queen bed to another room while we needed a long rest...had to ask for some bathroom amenities as there was none....stood at balcony while watching the sea view had dust swept from top floor all over me ....had aircorn leaking on my head while sleeping , had to shift bed off wall....this hotel room needs major overhauling and latest supply..awkward shower door and entrance to toilet...no room phone ...come-on this hotel needs a good Reno ....

This hotel is the old YWCA building which is dirty inside and outside. Beddings were filthy and stained. Sheets and pillow had hairs on it had to have everything changed. Broken air conditioning and a broken fan in the room. No bath mat no hand or face towel, no hair drier, a lift that did not work properly. Sofas stained and dirty. Definitely not worth the price they charge

Place is very run down , we got an upgrade for our 4 night stay , Aircon was broken and leaked onto bed, fridge didn't work, no hot water , fire alarm hung from ceiling , pillows smelt like vomit . We left after the first night

Beautiful room, excellent service, nice view and certainly located. Really convenient for all of my meetings in city. Close to many restaurants and malls. Absolutely loved staying here

Staff is great - hats off to Ryan We had couple issues when we first arrived with our room but he did all he could to accommodate us. Hotel is located in the heart of Suva and though it’s being renovated for the price it very budget friendly. I’d def go back again - 😃😃😃

Currently under renovation, but rooms are spacious and location is excellent for Suva city center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of the furnishings, fittings and decor, including the lift, need updating and upgrading, but the price is good for what is offered. Looking forward to see all the changes after the renovation.

The room was clean. The hot water worked. The staff was nice and they had a restaurant that provided free breakfast. It wasn’t the ritz, but for the price, it gave me everything I needed and the hotel was centrally located. Plus, the views were breathtaking (see pics).
