Terrible Terrible experience! We booked a 2 bedroom for a reasonable price (179$). At around 6.30pm when saw dirty bedsheets upon asking the reception lady's words were "are you mad? Only the security and I are here who will change the sheet" we then asked them to just give the sheets and we will change it ourself not forgetting we were given USED towels! we later saw bedbugs and requested for refund The lady at the reception during the night shift is the only reason I'm giving a star . She helped us look for another place to stay in the middle of the night and refunded almost all our money, keeping only cancelations fees (40$). The rooms didn't seem to be renovated ever since 2010 when I last visited that place.

I have stayed here many times over the past 16 years and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are comfortable and being able to prepare your own food is a great bonus. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I travel alone, so as a single woman I have always felt safe here. Looking forward to returning soon! Easy walk to the market and supermarkets and plenty of taxis passing by.

Pathetic service provided at this Hotel. It's is just 6.30am we wanted to come see a friend at her room and the security was so rude he demanded the 3 of us to pay and extra $20 each for just entering the premises!

A very good budget hotel which is 2mins walking distance from the City. Also they have a nice pool and customer service is excellent.

Have stayed there a few times. Customer service is good, but it seems the conditions of the room is slowly deteriorating, maintenance has been neglected. Have opted to stay in Peninsula in my recent trips.

A very convinient place to stay which is spacious and accomodating. Closer to main Center of the Suva City..

It was okk I guess....I jst didn't like the fact that the aircon remote wasn't in the room and it felt really hot..the rooms are nice and big and kitchen..Its a nice place to go to if u had to travel around suva for the day not bad...

Needs more improvement on aircorn as it's really hot inside.

A nice budget hotel for the casual overnight stay. Staff are friendly. Rooms are ok. You got hot and cold which is a bonus. Beds are comfy and i dint find it too hard. Its close by the city so that's good. You can easily catch a cab as the hotel is just next to the road. They have a pool but its not as big. Overall experience 6/10. (There isn't anything wrong just what you pay for is what you get)

Best of both worlds. Just 5 minutes walk from the center of town but far away enough you would think you’re way out of town. Very friendly staff who were super helpful and attentive. The rooms are run down a bit but the price is just right. AC and TV included. Love the kitchen/dinning set up. Front desk has a canteen with snacks which is convenient 😁.

It was another of our very wonderful Experience. Tge staffs were helpful and very friendly as usual. This time we were located on the 2nd floor in room 36. The room was clean and tidy and only thing that drew my attention was that our pillows had not cases. We just had to sleep without them since I didnt wad to cause any troubles with the staffs. Other then that, it was another very unforgettable stay.
