Beautiful décor in the lobby, I loved the coconut palm furniture and the warm friendly staff, headed up by a lovely lady named Amarjeet. The room was well furnished as well but be aware that there is no cooking facility aside from a kettle, coffee, tea, and a spoon. That wasn't an issue for me as they have a fantastic restaurant on site, The Pacific Flame, which had delicious Eggs Benedict (highly recommended) and a refreshing healthy juice concoction, which I'd encourage you to try. The manager there, Malakai was friendly and helpful, and even offered to arrange a taxi for me so I could get to a meeting in town. The bathroom in the room I was in (202) was perfectly functional but would benefit from some maintenance. (The vanity door was falling off, shower head taped up, dripping toilet, benchtop raised due to moisture swelling.) If you plan to spend a lot of time in the room you should know that the TV only gets the BBC and one other channel, but you're probably not in Suva to watch TV, right? It was fine for my short stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating, even letting me check out a bit after noon as I was in a meeting that morning and couldn't get back sooner. If you are in Suva and just need a functional place to stay this is a good choice. I should also mention that if you need a lift in from the Suva airport, ask for the taxi driver at the airport named Vicky. A nice fellow with local knowledge who got me from point to point quickly and safely, so much so that I got his number and had him pick me up for the return trip at the end of my stay.

Clean and minimalist. If you are in for a mid-level value for money accommodation. Has a conveniently located restaurant at the 2nd floor, with band playing on Fri, Sat, Sun. Also a walk to Suva town for ease if shopping but tucked away from the noise of busy streets.

Stayed here last week for an entire week. Had an amazing time. The staff were welcoming. The rooms are well equipped and well kept.Have large comfortable beds and nice peaceful environment. The restaurant is now closed but it didn’t make any difference cause there are a lot of eateries near to the hotel and they also deliver food on request.Hotel is 3mins away from city and the hotel arranges cab on request.

I enjoyed a few lovely days there. It’s in a nice and quiet area. Within walking distance of city centre. There are also buses not far away.

The rooms are spacious and clean with hot water, a fridge, and air conditioning. The fridge only runs when you're in the room since the key is what turns on the electricity for the room - which also means charging a device while out doesn't work. The staff was friendly. The hotel will do your laundry for a fee and the front desk has a small assortment of items for sale: snacks, water, toiletries. Mosquitoes were bad in the lobby, none in the room, though. The hotel is not near downtown or the ocean, but it's a short walk (maybe 15 minutes) away, or taxis are readily available for only a few Fijian dollars. There are some restaurants and markets very close by.

Stayed with a family and had a lovely stay. Very safe and clean hotel including rooms. Rooms are big compared to most of the other hotels in suva. Beds are very comfortable including clean new sheets and pillows. Lots of eating places around , supermarkets and shopping plaza. Walkable distance to the city, museum, public pool and tennis court. Big safe parking area within the facility.

Great value in central location. Updated rooms at fantastic value and great service. We are staying for 2 nights for business. Amazing restaurant "Pacific Flame Restaurant" in same building highly recommended!

BEDBUGS!! Do not stay here. We have a group of us and there were bedbugs found in 4/5 rooms. The staff didn’t even seem to care about this and we’re not apologetic at all.

This hotel is infested with bed bugs!! Stayed here for 3 days before having to move out because I found bed bugs in my room. The reception moved me to another room which also had bed bugs! Had to throughout wash my clothing and throw away my suitcase. Extremely disappointed!

Had a few bed bugs in our room. Ended up changing rooms but there were MORE bugs this time round... Avoid this hotel if you can.

Not even worth 1star rating Amarjeet is the manager we dealt with Terrible service and is a lier Room was ok bathroom toilet leaking Bathroom had soap scum with toilet brush right in front of your face .upgraded our room with deluxe room but surprisingly the bathroom was in the main master bedroom and very filthy. Damp tea towel. Spend a bit more and go to other hotel. Amarjeet is a lier and she pretended to normal staff and took our money and never refunded as she promised us it will via Agoda. Agoda tried helping but when they to do compensation - Amarjeet denied what she said. Don’t trust this general manager She is not professional at all and makes all sorts of story. If you go there you will regret how the room is

Stayed here for ONLY one night , couldn't get a refund for booking for 6 nights , NOT good service and not much in the room only good thing was big bed , NO plates , No cutlery , No glasses to drink from , $140 Fijian per night a rip off

Did not stay here just had a meeting, room looked good and front desk was friendly. Would consider staying here next time. A little away from town but not too bad.

Needs a good vacuum and a good dust down. But staff is friendly.

Had a terrible night due to bed bugs infestation. Had to leave in the middle of the night and then the hotel didn't refund me for that night of inconvenience. Ended up having to throw away so many clothes due to the infestation and the bites were bad. They didn't even apologise. Don't stay here!!!!

Really poor customer service and the food is really average. The rooms are nice but it took a bunch of fiddling to get the fridge to even turn on, and the tv only connects to three channels.

Very cheap place only 120 fjd a night with faster than most 5 star hotel wifi and rooms. The rooms are nothing special however they are cozy and clean

Only the kitchen power points worked. There were no other utensils for the kitchenette except a jug and no iron in the room.
