I hate to post this but I want to make other travelers aware, I’m staying here in October 2022 and the first room I was given I noticed rust colored spots on the bed sheet, and bloody stains on the pillow. I didn’t want to even look but I checked under the mattress for bed bugs, saw lots of those black dots, and under a corner I saw a festering nest of many bed bugs, it was so horrifying I dropped the mattress. The front desk worker Elena quickly moved me to a new room— thank you! And although I cannot find any bed bugs in here (thank god!!) there are still some marks on the sheets and I don’t feel at all comfortable. I know plenty of hotels get bed bugs and it’s not about cleanliness, but the overall feeling does not feel great. Maybe I would have been better off not knowing! But still. I would choose the Fox Homestay instead. Best of luck to all.

Don't book this apartment. Don't waste your money. Keep away. Never book via hotels.com. they give u one price and charge credit card almost twice. This hotel and staff will upset holiday create unnecessary tension stress. Dont need any.

Excellent hotel with great extras- I loved the free laundry service, the pool, and access to a kitchen. The rooms are bright, cozy and clean. AC is strong, hot water comfortable, breakfast pretty good. It’s a bit far from anything interesting- generally a 15-minute walk, but I managed to walk to the restaurants, supermarket, and Fiji Museum just fine during my 4-day stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. A nice spot for a Suva center trip

Service was not really great. We had booked for a room to have our meeting in the lobby. However the receptionist had no idea of our booking. She had to call the other receptionist to check on our booking. We finally got our room key that was kept aside by the other receptionist. Their advertisement states tea is available at all times in the lobby, that is a lie. Their layout of the room is hopeless with no ventilation in the toilet on the ground floor, also the setting on the TV in the room is in Chinese and their was no remote. Like seriously not the best experience of trying to have a Great stay. Not da best choice

Cheapest with decent rooms...service is fine worth the price...vicinity is close to town- 5min walk.

The room was really dirty, even had a dead cockroach in the room with all the dust. Seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. And the light in the room was not working.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION , THEY HAVE STINKING ROOMS , WITH ROACHES AND RATS , THE MAINTAINCE ISSUE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AT THE OWNERS LEVEL , DO HAVE SYMPATHY FOR THE DESK CLERKS THEY DO THEIR BEST , BUT HAVE LEAKY A.C UNITS AND TOILETS, WHAT A MESS, THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE PER THE EMPLOYEES

Great decent place to stay and cost efficient I'd recommend

Great services with friendly customer service. Service is worth the price. An excellent and Peaceful place which is within the city distance in a reliable and safe location.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Specially Karen,She deserves a good raise for all her dedication to her job. She welcomed us very well since first day. It was an awesome experience, I am glad we stayed there. once again thanks to Karen .!!!!!

Location was quiet within the city but was a confusing walk downtown in the morning and we were encouraged to take a taxi at night for safety, which was super cheap, about $5 Fijian. We received a warm welcome and the receptionist was amazing and went out of her way to ensure that we had a great stay! Only giving 3 stars due to location away from ocean and somewhat difficult to navigate to, the hard bed, somewhat lightweight curtains, and thin walls. We appreciated the A/C and unit was just right size for our 1 night stay. The receptionist made our breakfast extra early so we could catch the 1st bus in the AM to Pacific Harbor. Can’t say enough good things about the hospitality. There was also an adorable cat that greeted us in the AM and gave us lots of love.

Good location, rooms are decent but pricey for it's presentation.

Nice place but disappointing to see no bathroom ventilation. It’s a closed room and that doesn’t go well. Apart from that it’s pretty ok

Cleanliness well maintained, friendly staff, affordable. One of the cheapest and best apartment to stay. Loved the stay🥰❤
