disgraceful , patients are left waiting for nurses assistance ,seen first hand , red code or emergency trolley not prepared and during emergency seen nurses running to get the stuff but it becomes too late than. I feel the sister in charge should educate the staff for better practice . when patients require nurse , reply they are busy or short staff ,while some of them have seen sitting in nurse station talking. patient care is very poor it is very sad to see that some of our loved ones are scared to raise their voice ,or to complain to senior staff . nurses have no knowledge of infection control , they hardly wash their hands between patients only seen applying the sanitazier . i feel nurses in this hospital should have internal education from time to time and sister in charge should oversee that all wards are clean and nurses practising proper infection control . sister in charge is responsible to implement wards policy procedures for staff . its 'sad to see this hospital s patient care and service is so poor . health minister should have regular visit to see the standards of some the equipments .

Such Poor Service. I went to Urology Department. Such long line. They call your name to join another line. Nurses have no manners esp. the Indian looking ones, cant speak in English properly, so rude and lazy.

I work here, so I will give it 5 star, My boss will send me packing if I dont. This set up was built in the early 1900s so it's been around for a while, the population it looks after has grown exponentially in the last 70 yrs or so and has now become not only the major referral center in the country, but the whole pacific region.. it's a work in progress as the infrastructure is continually being upgraded to try to catch up to what is expected as standard for such hospitals.. emphasis on the word.. 'catch up' I have opted not to use 'keep up' for obvious reasons.. so folks please don't have too high expectations.. you're probably watching too much medical dramatizations on TV..

Veri pathetic service and very slow in looking after patients.hospital means services are to be quick not to wait in line and wait for response from one ofthe staffs.wether its a monday or sunday or services should be open even scanning and not that when the patient comes and they say we will collect a number of patients and than u wil go.its better to die at home than to come to CWM

A killer hospital. People walk to the hospital and end up dying or with serious medications complications. The hospital requires cultural change. Doctors from FNU are untrained with lack of basic skills. Talk to only 5 patients to know more about this place

The Best ❀️ Staffs and nurses can be kinda unprofessional and have attitudes from time to time but doctors are awesome here. I got into a road accident in 2017 and completely broke my left arm and damaged my legs they did 4 surgeries back to back in 3 weeks and motivated me to do physiotherapy and use my arm as much as possible, I used to cry thinking my life is ruined but they stood beside me. Shoutout and kudos to all the doctors and nurses of CWM hospital especially my favorites Dr. Taloga and Dr. Pita from Orthopaedics dept. You guys are the best ❀️❀️

The service from doctors and nurses are commendable and they are polite and quite helpful. However, it takes quite a while to get a bed (upon getting notice that our loved one was to be admitted) and we had to wait for a couple of hours before one was made available. This could be something that can be addressed as it is critical to the administration of care and road to recovery.

It's neat and clean while to go to any wards you have to go through the securities for directions and visiting hours.

This hospital needs some serious upgrade and the staff needs to start taking their jobs seriously. Security officers are very rude during visiting hours, they should just change the security company of the hospital. Securities are suppose to be welcoming and if visiting hours are over, they should KINDLY tell us and refer whatever we are bringing to our loved ones rather than chasing us with the stuff of our loved ones, especially when we bring clothes and healthy home cooked meals since what they serve in the hospital is disgusting and not enough (the whole reason why we bring extra food)

Poor Services for Sukuna Ward Securities, Firstly the security lady does not know how to talk to patients family, We were told there is no visiting hours for sukuna ward by those securities in front of sukuna ward, When we called we were told its 1 hour during day time. Securities are too racist and dont know how to talk politely. Few families came from overseas and they have talked impolitely.

Anti natal ward needs upgrade… only one shower is at working condition n there is plenty pregnant ladies have to use it… plus in one room only one fan is working well which makes the whole soo hot during day-night pregnant ladies can’t sleep well 😴 the nurses needs to put up ⬆️ on their jobs… the foods were ok.. they were taking good care of what pregnant 🀰 ladies were eating.. not everyone’s meals were same. All balance diet meals πŸ‘

Very difficult to get parking, for maternity unit visiting hours are 11am-12midday and 3-4pm and one person is only allowed at a time. Unfriendly environment.

It's ok separate places for the wards but there should be a more easier access to the operating theatre to the wards.
