Good service and wide range of products to show case form kitchen appliances to furniture and bags for teenage children. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is positive and clean with air conditioning. It a place that follows cash purchase and only payment of bills. It also contains office appliances and it even have a kids separate room for soft toys

I have had online correspondences with them to create an account for me. They have been absolutely superb with their responses. Towards the end, rather delayed but still love the fact that they upheld the professionalism with their communication and readiness to assist. and I haven't even sought their services on a face to face basis so I can only hope and imagine that it might be as good as their online services

The worst customer service provided. After ordering few products online it took them 2 weeks to arrange the item to be prepared for collection. Also they will not advise you if the online order is ready to be picked up.

Took me 2 tries to purchase an item because half the time staff wasn't there. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me out but I had to leave as no one was there. The following day I came again, and managed to get hold of someone, however, this time it took me 4 steps to buy one appliance. First to get the staff to find me the product, second to go to the manager and get a discount, then go to cashier and then when i thought i could take my purchase i was required a delivery note for taking something i was picking up myself, I had to go looking for the same girl again to get the note signed, luckily managed to get hold of another receptionist at the back. Basically in Courts customers have to find staff and not the other way around.

Awesome customer service and a wide range of products. All products have reasonable prices and can be reduced if requested. staffs downstairs are very friendly and informative however staffs who deal with your accounts are awfully slow...it took 3 hours to create an account and buy a microwave. Other than that I highly recommend Courts.

Best place for the cheapest deals on furniture's and appliances

Well it's clean with good customer service also widerange of products to see.

Enjoyed a simple walk through but is you wanna come here for business, they everything you'd expect a Courts outlet to have. The 4 stars is for the crowded layout of the displayed equipments and the lack of information for which sections to go to if u need something specific. Still it's one of my Fave Courts outlet

Courts main down town store. Large showroom with almost everything in white goods and furniture. Enough staff to provide service in timely manner and also great turn around time.
