Horrible. Worst hotel I have ever been to. Stinky room. Cockroaches everywhere. Shower head was dangling and I had to tie it with power line so that I could get a decent shower. Had to call them 3 times to get some tea bags. TV remote was broken. Didn't matter though because there were only 2 channels. Please was dirty mould everywhere. Loved Suva, hated the hotel

Am giving a one star because there is no lower option. There are billions of cockroaches in every room and the only solution they think is a full bottle of Mortein cockroach spray.... Ridiculous people and horrible horrible room. U will surely get sick if you choose them. I am doing an OHS complaint against them.

Cockroaches all over the place, and doors were not able to lock and we were worried that someone could just open the door while we were out. The back sliding door was broken. Holes all over the place and Electrical wire was visible which made me uncomfortable that my kids could get shocked. Customer service was unhelpful. The bathroom looked like the worst public bathroom and the shower floor was unsanitary.

I stayed at Elixir hotel for 4 nights with my family and we were very impressed! Nice affordavle hotel and very good quality for the cheap price. The service from the staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean. The staff were very quick to help with anything we needed. Will definently be staying at Elixir hotel again when we stay in Suva

Rooms were not upto standard, needs lots of cleaning specially walls, no Hot water in the taps/ shower, you can't use the kitchen it looks so dirty and hardly any pots or utensils you can use. Staffs were friendly though.

In need of maintenance and upgrade of interior rooms, furniture and appliances. Great location and attentive staff with rooms size though.

Pathetic service. 6 of us and only 1 towel was provided. For last 1.5 hours I have been waiting for towels to are but no word. The receptionist is telling me that all their towels are dirty as no one washed in the day. There is no soap in the bathroom. Had to run around to buy one for myself. Please avoid this apartment. This is just good for short time couples

The bed is average, TV reception is none, no hot water, nowhere to wash your clothes kitchen closed to sum it up it's the worst place i have ever stayed in.

The apartment is at a suitable location near to all the necessary amenities. The service was not as expected. Washrooms had broken locks, TV was not working properly, rubbish bins were not provided etc

Not clean, the outside looks good, but not the insides, window glass was cracked and was unsafe for kids ❤

Do not go to this hotel if your looking to stay in Suva. The hotel is very disgusting on the inside. The sheets do not get changed. The staff is stuck up and very unfriendly. The rooms are utterly dirty. The bathroom door will lock on you. There are roaches, the walls are dirty... Basically I can go on and on with how horrible staying one night was because we had to leave and could not remain in a hotel that is poorly managed.

Old. Door on nod good konditions. To much moskitos into room. Toilet floor need good cleaning.. Fridge on not so good kondition...Workers exelant and all halp me very much. Thank you!! Very good position and very fast can come to downtown by foot..

Was an awesome time great view... Good customer service. Very well done by the management team.

The apartment was full of cockroaches. Can cause serious health hazards.
