Absolutely the worst. My mom visited this McDonald’s today. Apparently they had a bench missing the bottom. No warning, nothing blocked off, just an open bench. Unfortunately my mom wasn’t aware of this and sat down and hit her back on the metal. The associate working there laughed at her instead of helping. When she stated she was hurt he immediately offered to give her a personal massage. Completely inappropriate. Will be reaching out to the district manager about this incident and safety concern. Do not go here… they apparently have no concerns for someone hurt, can’t image they care much for the food they are serving to the general public. Update- got a call from corporate following up on the issue 2 days after I inquired about it… said the franchise would contact us to follow up…still waiting. Zero shock.

I’ve ordered from here twice. I did curbside, however, it took forever to get our food. At first, I thought it was the cookie tote that I ordered. It wasn’t. Like, they didn’t give it to me in the car. I physically went in the store to get my order to which they didn’t start it at all. It took them over 5 minutes before someone came and asked if I was the curbside order. Then it took another 3 to 5 minutes to even receive with no one telling anything. If I could, I would give this zero stars.

Went to this location and have never had to deal with such McDonald’s behavior in my life. The lady running the register was about to get that club water she handed me instead of sprite thrown at her. I understand short staffed, I understand only taking cash (cause you’re stealing LOL) but just give me HOT, CORRECT food that I’m paying for. If anyone has the store number I will definitely be calling corporate. Y’all might as well go ahead and close the location at this point.

Beware when the take your the will add extra stuff even give wrong meal charger you more Then when you ask the ohh sorry it's computer error . Even the manager was taking my order the Latin lady . She said I'll give you extra food. Didn't offer the give Me a refund 😕

Waited in the drive thru for 25 min. Had already paid or I would have just left. All we had was 6 nuggets, 3 French fires and 2 double cheese burgers. They had us pull forward and gave food to 6 cars behind us. Update never got food. Got a refund.

We've visited more than a couple of times by now and I love how clean it is. The playground is now open. The service is usually alright. Today was very good and fast but the time before we got attitude from the person behind the counter. If you do the drive through in the mornings most likely you will find a very nice man willing to not only take your order and help you with whatever change you need to make ( I mean he ran to the other window to let them know I order a regular drink instead of a diet one as shown in the screen). So nice. Although in another day onother man behind the cash register couldn't help me to correct the order because in his words "I don't know how to do that" so go figure. Good luck

It is good for the kids. They have a small play area, which is a plus. The service was great.

Seems a bit funny to review a McDonald’s, it this is the cleanest, fastest, most well managed McDonald’s I have ever been to. Just want to give them some stars in case corporate is watching. This location has figured it out.

Worst service ever, these peoples have 2 driveways open , while taking orders on one driveway only, 7 cars passed me and the slowest service ever. One meal cost $8 plus one hour wait. Welcome to MC Donalds. GOD BLESS AMERICA!

This McDonald's delivered fast fresh and friendly service. Actually was nice when they asked to take your order which was surprising. Loved it.

It's very clean inside with upgraded seating and with self-service kiosk. Unfortunately, one of our chicken biscuits was inedible because it was chewy and had a weird texture to it. At the time that we went, the drive-thru was completely closed off for maintenance or construction, so it was quite busy inside.

I started going here instead of the Burger King across the road which is a joke of a place. My grandson's school is around the corner and I get him some food before picking him up. This place is always clean, quick service and employees are friendly. What fast food supposed to be! Thank you!

I come here every few weeks because it’s a convenient location and the food is usually okay. But it’s not well-managed at all. Kitchen employees can be heard across the store making fun of customers who are still in the dining room. And no one seems to be assigned to keep the dining room tables cleaned and the napkins, straws, lids, etc. filled.

First time visiting this location, and I will say it was pleasant. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, the lobby is clean and our order was promptly made and distributed to us. A much better location than a few of the other locations in the area. Only issue I have with this location is the size of the play area as a whole (seating wise) and the size of the apparatus.

Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Great staff, foot is always hot, and inside is very clean. People working there actually care about quality.

I always give places a second chance and they blew it! First bad experience was a few weeks ago where the cashier did not repeat my total or order and charged me $16 for someone else’s order. When I said my total shouldn’t be $16 for plain cheeseburger and fries she rolled her eyes and yelled for a manager. Took them 15 min to refund the amount and still charged me for my order which at this point should’ve been free. Second bad experience was today when I spent 22 min in the drive through line ordering a plain cheeseburger and fries. I specified MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY for the cheeseburger and guess what? My fries are undercooked and the cheeseburger has everything on it. Waste of time

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Upon arrival I was the only patron inside. I ordered my food via kiosk and sat down to wait. While waiting I observed a manager/team leader based on uniform difference discussing some kind of issue with an employee about something regarding their break and outside events. Their interaction was much flirtier than usual employee interactions. Point to be made another employee was making comments about the nature of their interactions and body language. As someone who previously worked in fast food, you have an expectation for timeliness. I waited nearly 25 minutes for my food and they didn't have it together when they called me up. The same manager still asked about what else I had when she was looking at the order right before I walked up. There were 7 other employees that were present with roughly 3/7 actually working. I gave it 2/5 for food simply because some food was hot while 90% was cold and unsalted. Honestly this could have honestly been avoided had these employees had a standard for themselves as competent adults.

I had to get my own food after ordering while I saw the manager this morning bring it to everyone else and he was the one who handed me the table service number which is still on my table. The food wasn't hot so my butter just sat there. What a bunch of double standard people, ugh! I'm appalled!

Speedy drive thru service. Friendly. Order was accurate. Food was hot and delicious! Traveling through and would definitely stop here again.

The worst experience ever. Ordered 2 Big Mac meals, a spicy chicken sandwich and 20 piece nuggets. Waited for like 30 min because it was 4th of July and received only 2 mcchickens and fries. Got charged $20+ for two dollar menu sandwiches and fries.

I came in for a quick lunch. I ordered a 1/4 pounder, plain. After I had taken 2 bites, I noticed the patty was very pink in the middle. I got a simple, I'm sorry, for the raw sandwich when I presented it to the counter.

We came here 3 times, the first two times were great, ordered and got food about 2 minutes later. The third time was when it got bad, we ordered our food and sat down, it took 22 minutes to get our food and only because we went up to the counter and said something. It wasn’t busy, there were two other groups in there with us. It shouldn’t have taken 22 minutes to get it, not to mention we had to say something to get it when normally it gets brought to us. There’s no telling how long it would have taken to get our food had we not said anything
