So, here is the rub. I heard great things about this place and finally had time to try it. Walked in at 3:20pm. 3 others parties of people sitting in the dining room. The guy who took my order was sweet and explained everything fairly well. I decided on the Hot Pastrami and upgrades to a cup of soup. Was excited to dig in. As I am about to pay he says “oh, you have to take it to go because the dining room is closed” and I stare at him because this probably should have been said at the top, not after we discussed everything and I made my selection and am ready to pay. So I said OH, I mean, I would like to eat inside but okay. It’s 60 degrees out with 27 mile per hour winds so a little uncomfortable to be kicked out of the dining room when you are open till 4pm. So, I am sitting in my car and can say the pastrami is delicious (soup underwhelming-skip it) but having a rule where customers can’t eat the $14 sandwich and soup they just bought in the dining room just made me say “Not coming back”. You know how long it takes me to eat a sandwich and a soup? About 10-15 min. Which would be now as I am writing this from my car at 3:39. You are still open for 21 more minutes but I had to eat in my car? I suggest that rule changes and the employees clean the dining room when you close at 4pm and allow paying customers to actually sit down and eat the meal they just bought. #disappointed

All menu items all day a plus! Food was good and service was fast. Definitely a good place to grab a bite to eat. We got breakfast and lunch. Grilled chicken egg and cheese on an everything bagel for the breakfast plate and a Georgia BBQ (mesquite bbq) chicken wrap with lettuce and tomato (hold the onion and bacon) on a tomato wrap. We drank a latte and a cappuccino, both French vanilla.

Nice little restaurant and cafe, good food, a little pricey for what you get. Had a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and it was pretty good, it came out really hot and was fairly big but the bacon was really thin and there didn't seem to be that much cheese on it.

Don’t waste your time or money this place is complete rip off!! We spent $45 on 3pastrami egg and cheese sandwiches they put 1.5 not even 2 full slices of meat on the sandwich per the manger! clearly it’s not even 1.5 oz of meat. I don’t know if it’s new management or a new manager but he’s unprofessional it’s not the same! I guess The Indian guy decided to start being cheap and no longer provide great quality sandwiches but still keep the price at quality this is very sad! There needs to be something better in Suwannee town center!

Excellent ham and Provolone on sourdough sandwich from a wide menu! Many, many drink choices from both the chilled case and fountain. Cookies were prepackaged so the chocolate chip I had was kind of mediocre. But they had lots of deserts I'll be back to try. Including a fountain soda, the sandwich, chips, and cookie came to a little north of $17.00. Very nice service from both women behind the counter. (See images) There is obviously a story behind the (poor grammar) seating restrictions and the business owner gets to do whatever they want. But these messages came across as a little off-putting. Instead of blanket restrictions, dealing with individual bad actors might be a more customer-friendly approach.

Great restaurant for lunch in Suwannee Town Center. The wait time is little to none most of the time, and they are very quick with getting food out to everyone. The food is consistently flavorful too. If you need a quick lunch, this is the place to go.

This is what a $15 sandwich looks like. Yeah so it tasted good. Nothing special. Conventional ham and turkey. Not ABF or organic or raised on classical music. Just a really plain over priced sandwich.

I have celiac disease and I’ve visited this place about 4 times and have not gotten sick so far. They’re pretty good but sometimes the sandwiches have waaaay too much egg and they could definitely use more sides with sandwiches

Really good sandwiches. Ordered the California Club, Italian Club, Hot Pastrami and they each were very flavorful, with soft bread. The environment was nice. Limited parking.

Green Eggs and Ham. Disappointed with the breakfast bagels and bagel sandwiches. Publix is a better option for bagels and Dunkin is a step up on the sandwiches. Cute place and the counter help was nice but how on earth they expect a repeat breakfast customer serving green eggs is beyond me.

Great customer service, great food, fast service. It was my first time coming in and I’ll definitely be here more often.

So I gave this restaurant a 3-star because of price. The food was fresh and good don't get me wrong but, I paid about $15 for an Italian club sandwich, yogurt and 16 oz coke. The cashier seem like she didn't want to be there or tired but, the guy in the kitchen was very nice.

They’re definitely dealing with a staffing issue but we had our two sandwich order skipped over five times before finally receiving our food. There are a lot of notes made with a label maker around the store that warn about loitering, no feet on chairs, no public bathrooms etc. I think a better approach is to get one professional sign, otherwise it seems very aggressive and unwelcoming. The food is literally okay, you can taste that the bread, sauces, and pickles all come from a large food manufacturer since they don’t have much flavor to them. Not worth the extra cost in my opinion.

Quick Service great food recommend the macaroni salad or the potato salad as a side I would almost prefer a full bowl of potato salad so good

This place has been a staple in the downtown Suwanee area for a couple years now. One of the best for sandwiches, wraps and such. We come here once every couple of weeks for some good sandwiches and such. Last order I had the Big Brown Club on a wrap, and that was really good. My friends enjoyed their Vegi Slams, and italian Subs, all really good. Sides are pretty good as well. I normally do the potato salad, or pickles, but you can't go wrong with either. Overall, good experience here every time. Will continue to check it out if I'm in Suwanee.

Came here after a walk through Suwannee creek park, refreshing lunch, quick food delivery and friendly helpful service! Will definitely return, we tried the bacon egg and cheese bagel and a California club on spinach wrap, so good

I absolutely love Brown Bag Deli. Great coffee, great service, and even better people. I come here almost every weekend and some times weekdays for my breakfast. Cannot recommend them enough!

I have been coming here for years for breakfast. Today I ordered my lox bagel, no modifications. It came out with no lox. I brought it back inside to let them know they forgot the lox. They took it in back and it came out with the onions removed, still no lox. I then explained the issue again and they brought it out with lox, but no onions. I feel bad for business owners when this is the kind of help they have to hire.

Fourth time coming here and the sandwiches are consistently some of the best we’ve ever had. It seems like they only ever use fresh ingredients. My favorite is the Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant with a caramel latte in the morning.
