    We've been stuck in line for over 20 minutes. There's no way to leave and the taco bell workers have told us to wait as there are only 2 workers. There is literally a line to the curb. We can't leave since there is only one lane and we are stuck. Wish there was a way to alert people since we have an hour to drive and it's 10:30 pm. We were hoping to get a quick meal. Big mistake. 😑

    I asked them for no lettuce 3 times since it wasn't on the screen, and she assured me that it was correct. It was not. I also was not given one of my items. The girl working clearly does not know what she is doing and is just saying everything is okay. I asked for a receipt and was not given one so I do not have her name but it is a soft spoken girl working 8/25 at around 1:50pm

    This place is incredibly slow, closes randomly, and gives you the wrong food. May just be the sign of the times but I know that when nacho fries were a thing they'd just put them in the cinnamon twist wrapper instead of buying the cups so you'd get a lot less.

    We ordered through the Drive Through and when we received our food, it was completely wrong. I mean NOT even close. They decided to replace a Cravings Box with something else that was more expensive without even asking. Said they didn't have certain menu items so they substituted without asking but then another employee said that they do have it and charged us for another order. The employee and manager were not helpful and were rude. I understand that times are crazy right now and having worked in food service, we believe in patience. However being met with confrontational attitudes when a simple question is asked, is unacceptable. This location has always struggled but we just deal with it because we love the food. However, I think this is the nail on the coffin.

    Worst Taco Bell I’ve visited. Staff is slow and keep messing up the orders. This place needs a complete overhaul. I don’t even bother coming here anymore and drive 10 extra minutes just to get decent service and accurate orders.

    I pulled up at the drive thru at 11:09am to place an order & I was not immediately greeted. I said hello & received a response from the taco bell associate advising to wait to place my order. After a minute passed by I was asked to place my order. I ordered two potato soft tacos & requested them to be made the way they are pictured/ advertised on the menu. The taco bell associate declined my request advising that the soft potato taco has to be wrapped/folded in their paper to serve it in. I was not pleased with the response but accepted it & proceeded to pay at the window. I paid with no issue, received my food, checked the tacos for accuracy & was shocked to see stale, dismembered, overloaded with sauce sloppy tacos with barely any lettuce/cheese. I immediately showed the tacos to the taco bell associate, requested the food to be remade & advised I would come inside to prevent from delaying the drive-thru line. Once inside I handed the bag to the taco bell associate & shortly received a remade order that was just as worse as the original order! The soft taco shells were stale, breaking apart & an excessive amount of sauce was on them with barely any lettuce/cheese. That was unacceptable so I requested a refund & received it with no apology or empathy from the taco bell associates or management. I will not recommend this location to anyone EVER! Food should be prepared the way it is advertised!

    Order for two. Received totally wrong order on one. Both orders chlupas and tacos were almost inedible. Soggy chalupa wraps, very little meat, which was mushy. The hard taco wrap was paper thin and the inside was aweful. Clearly this restaurant is cutting corners. Will never return period.

    Though I live less 5 minutes away from another taco. I go to this one which is about 10 to 12 minutes away. This location is far better . Never have any issue . Lines keeps moving and my meals are always correct . Staff is friendly as well

    Ordered with the app. Arrived at drive through the person inside acted as if he didn't not see my order even though I had a confirmation. I was directed to wait in the parking lot. Waited about 15-20 mins. Returned to the drive thru window inquired about my order to be told still not available. I then received confirmation of my request to cancel my order. Horrible service and this is not the first time!!

    Don't even come here trying to try the Mexican pizza. It's absolute trash. There was so much liquid in the meat . It used to be so good. And they gave me one napkin to try and eat this slop and no Fork or spoon for my Mexican potatoes.

    0 stars. Sat at the drive through for 20 minutes speaking into a box “Hello.... Hello..... Hello....” right after I saw the person in front of me order and get food. The employee working July 20th 2022 @1am should be fired. I drove around to the window to see if anyone was inside (after patiently waiting 20 minutes) and saw the employee see me and then quickly run and duck behind a shelf. What a joke. Horrible service. I get it. It’s late, and you’re tired. You have an hour till your shift ends and you want to be lazy...... Find a different job where you don’t deal with customer service then.

    Worse taco bell experience. They had one guy working the dining room side of the line and he wasn't moving very fast. Took almost 30 minutes to get food and there was only one person in front of us. I don't get it. If owner can't staff store then he shouldn't have it open. I'll never returm.

    It was a good food for it being taco bell you get what you pay for, and it wasn't that bad takes forever but I wen a little later like 8ish so I don't blame them as for atmosphere everything's really drive thru you can sit down but nobody is ever really in there when I go anyway .

    I've placed a review before, boasting how wonderful they are. And they still are, however, I always ask for extra cheese and offer to pay the extra cost for it. Lately, I get charged for the extra cheese, but I don't get it. It is very disappointing.

    Been going to this Taco Bell for a minute, usually at least once every few weeks. We have had ups and downs, great meals to burnt sadnesses, but tonight was the last straw. We made our order, pulled up, and realized that we didn't get over half of our meal; genuinely wouldn't be a problem if we didn't lose out on the more expensive items. And truthfully, if Taco Bell wasn't as expensive as other fast food spots, probably would've come back through, but just doesn't make sense when we can pay the same amount for better food elsewhere.

    Did a pickup order and nobody would acknowledge us at the drive thru box but saw employee going in and out of a car of people. Drove to the window and saw at least 2 people working but they would not make eye contact. After 15 mins we left and requested a refund thru the app. Pretty ridiculous.

    I don't eat Taco Bell often, but when the craving hits, I know exactly what i want. Never fails though. Every since they removed jalapeños as an option under sides, my order always gets messed up. This time, i was able to ask someone to please put them on the side vs on the nachos. Unfortunately, they didn't make it into my order at all. Luckily, I checked before i left. Seeing that i selected extra, meaning I was charged, they should have paid more attention. Lastly, they must have been having a pajama party today because the staff looked like they all just rolled out of bed and into the kitchen. Even the manager looked messy. I get that it's not fine dining, but they also aren't at home.

    Dine in. Sat. Lunch . When we walked to counter, lady next to food prep station, said just tell me what you want , I will go ahead and make it. Dekysia gave service with a smile. Jessica and Tatiana friendly. It's nice to have service with a smile, especially in the fast food industry.

    Worse experience ever!! But I will make responseble to this Taco Bell location if my son gets sick. I went to get 2 chicken quesadillas and 3 tacos supreme. Instead they gave me 2 crunchy tacos (not supreme) but they charge me for supreme. And both of the chicken quesadillas are not very good cooked. Chicken looks so hard and gross. They guys who takes the order on the drive thru is unprofessional, a$$ hole, the worst attitude and he don’t even know how to clear speak! I think his name is Isaiah M. He close the window when I was asking for sauce and don’t even bother to open it. So I left! They have camaras so the manager can confirm this. What is the manager doing bc clearly they are not paying attention in this store. I try to call them but not answer.

    I must say that staffing is a problem everywhere, however when we got to the drive-thru we didn't even get to order. They were out of beef and refried beans. The staff tried to offer me plain black bean tacos.

    Went to taco bell this a.m. at 8:30 in my area. Hoping to try the breakfast box. Mind u most of them except for the one in duluth opens at 7am. However, the rest open at 8am. Im the ONLY one at the drive thru for I5mins and no response. I go to the window and see an employee looking busy but not coming to the window even though she saw me. I waited another 10mins. to see if she'd come to the window. Never happened. I drove around and saw a short white lady out of uniform about to enter the restaurant. When I questioned what was going on ,she told me that they're not opened yet. I asked if they didn't open at 8am? Since it was now close to 9am. and was quickly told that they were short staffed. Suwanee location.

    2 times I've been at this location when drive thru was open. The person at window knows how to place your order. But the kitchen person sucks at reading orders. Both times lately I asked for no sour cream, and they still put it on the order
