The
service,
if
you
can
call
it
that,
has
often
been
a
bit
hit
&
miss
but
has
definitely
gone
downhill
recently.
We've
had
cold
pizza's
delivered
-
late,
collected
undercooked
pizzas
a
couple
of
times
(cheese
wasn't
even
completely
melted)
and
on
one
occasion
picked
up
what
could
only
be
described
as
a
throughly
torched
pizza
with
very
little
in
the
way
of
toppings.
As
for
the
service,
it
used
to
be
generally
OK
but
has
completely
sank
as
of
recently.
For
example
on
one
occasion
I
was
completely
ignored
by
staff
and
only
got
served
when
I
became
vocal
and
on
another
I
went
to
collect
my
order
as
I
was
told
it
was
ready
only
to
find
they
hadn't
*even
started*
the
2nd
pizza
yet!
And
as
for
complaining,
Domino's
feedback
system
appears
to
achieve
nothing
and
the
company's
head
office
simply
tells
you
to
complain
to
the
store,
presumably
because
brand
integrity
is
really
important
to
them
and
a
store
which
seems
to
treat
it's
customer
as
an
inconvenience
is
of
course
really
going
to
be
interested
in
their
views.
So,
I
now
order
from
Papa
Johns.
I
might
not
like
their
founder
but
at
least
they
treat
me
with
respect.
