Omg absolutely delicious. Big portions which I just about finished but was too nice to leave. Professional friendly staff, quick orders and delivery of food. Great selection of food and drink. Very impressed 👏 Been again tonight, outstanding food.

We are in Swansea for the bank holiday and discovered there is a Portuguese (Madeira) Restaurant in the area and as a good Portuguese we thought we should visit. And what a great place! Simply amazing! tasty food, great customer service, fast paced... Absolutely recommend it 🤌 Thanks for the great experience 🙏

I was not happy with the quality and the portion size for the price £££. The staff were very rude, constantly shouting back-and-forth to each other. It spoils the whole atmosphere. For the night. Definitely will NOT be recommending this restaurant. And definitely NOT visiting this restaurant again. 👎🏻

The lunchtime menu at a set price was excellent value for money. The portion sizes were good and the taste was delicious. The keylime cheesecake was so light and refreshing. We were looked after well by the waiter.

We didn't book but there give us an option of if we could be done by xxx then they would squeeze us in. We clearly said not a problem & we enjoyed some great food

Super friendly staff and delicious food. If you don't know what to have make sure to ask the staff. They take super good care of you 😁we loved how cozy the place was. A good place to enjoy a solo or meal with friends !! Oh. We liked their mocktail and will go for a home made sangria next time 🍹

Birthday party 17 guests booked table quite busy at 6.00 when we got there felt cramped around table we had pre ordered food some had starters some did not. Main meal came out big square plate 1 lettuce leaf and half a cherry tomato my steak looked dry and had salt on it some people are not allowed salt meal came with fried potatoes peas and battered cauliflower also where sat when the door opened you felt the cold staff were pleasant but sorry to say will not be going back. 😐

Food great. Cannot be faulted. Service on a busy evening appeared a struggle. Getting starters took a long time with the nine of us being forgotten - we needed to remind the staff. Atmosphere was fine but noisy with a full house.

The food was nice and the service was ok(slow and illusive), they forgot to cook something that we'd ordered so slightly annoying. One of the worst things was they brought out your rice and vegetables combined with everyone elses. I know this wouldn't bother everyone but not ideal for me. Otherwise, the food was tasty.

JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING A DEPOSIT HERE WE BOOKED FOR 10 PEOPLE ONLY 6 TURNED UP DUE TO FAMILY PROBLEMS. WE WE SPENT OVER £350 MEALS & DRINKS AND WAS TOLD THE £40 POUND WE LOST BECAUSE THE OTHER PEOPLE DIDNT TURN UP. IF YOU ARE BOOKING A PARTY FOR MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT SO BOOK LESS PEOPLE BUT YOU CAN STILL HAVE MORE TO TURN UP WITHOUT LOOSING A DEPOSIT. THIS IS THE REASON ITS A 1 STAR

Went there yestrrday. The service from the friendly and warm-hearted lady was exceptional. Our order included the delectable seafood spaghetti and the hake fillet with the delightful Portuguese special sauce - both dishes were truly delicious!

The food was ok, but service fell short of expectations. However, it was not our server's fault. Our server [who was new] served our party all on their own while other staff watched which wasn't fair at all!

This was an awful experience, I choose the 2 course lunch Menu and seafood rice, 1st course was “grilled Sardines” and they were completely black unable to eat and unclean( guts and poop) so when I bite them they were bitter. My mouth full of poop which made me want to puke, we ordered a seafood rice which included big king prawns that were not cleaned either and over cooked. Costumer service was terrible, the young men who serve the tables came to trow the garlic bread I ordered overall it’s the worse place I have visited in UK which “ offers Madeira food” but it’s the taste is not comparable to the autentique português food, it’s an ashamed I wasted my money there. That restaurant could make people sick how how unclean it’s. It’s all full of dust etc...

Recommend d by the staff at the dragon hotel, we visited the.first.nigjt of our stay this week. Very enjoyable evening. Table for four, excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable Portuguese staff. Relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed king prawns, garlic bread and Portuguese garlic bread, the veal, grilled chicken and fillet steak Pasta, wine and coffee. All delicious. Thank you for a lovely evening. We will see you next week on our return journey.
