Busy day on a Friday, lots of different stores to shop in , next outlet has some good bargains, tesco superbusy. McDonald's do a great tea and coffee while you take the weight of . You have to keep a eye on the time though due to parking time restrictions x

Very busy retail park on the outskirts of Swansea. Traffic to and from the park is a bit slow, but then it's got loads on offer and attracts lots of customers.

Used to be a busy place now the shops are slowly disappearing its getting to look run down, need to reopen shops and bring life back into this retail park.

Hardly any shops open there now loads of empty units. Very disappointed lovely big tesco there.

  • 4/5 Amanda W. 1 year ago on Google
Some great shops but sadly a few empty

  • 4/5 Mathew W. 1 year ago on Google
Needs a good clean, canopy is so dirty finally had the trees cut after 5yrs and its great to see new shops coming soon. More investment needed from the landlord to market the site

  • 4/5 It's Me (. 1 year ago on Google
Quite busy generally, but had a fair number of shops. Lots of construction in the car park area by tesco at the moment making it a bit harder to find a space.

  • 3/5 Anthony T. 10 months ago on Google
Used to have good selection of shops but sadly there are quite a few empty units now. Ok for Tesco's but they're building a MC Donald's in the car park which will affect traffic badly. Car par busy enough on Tesco's side without putting a drive through there. Will probably avoid busy times when it's open.

I used to love coming here even if it was just to window shop, sadly all the good shops have gone.

  • 4/5 Captain C. 11 months ago on Google
Easy to find excellent shops and coffee bars. Weirdest roundabout in the UK on leaving.

  • 2/5 Psyllogics Q. 9 months ago on Google
Seems on the decline sadly with some of the more upmarket retailers leaving - like TKMax. Lots of empty shopfronts now!!!

  • 3/5 Craig G. 9 months ago on Google
The place has run down a lot since opening. Not many shops left but the tescos on site is one of the biggest around

  • 3/5 Patrick G. 8 months ago on Google
There's still the rather big Tescos but that's about it - seems like some other shops didn't make it through the pandemic. Big advantage is that parking is free.

  • 4/5 Mark O. 8 months ago on Google
Went into Tesco and Hobbycraft. Tesco was good, not so Hobbycraft who didn't have what I was looking for.

There are lots of shops to choose from, some shops have closed since my last update but there are a few building projects going on I've also heard there's and Aldi and a McDonald's coming to Fforest-fach

  • 3/5 MHE T. 8 months ago on Google
Used to be such a busy place, but now a few units are empty. Hopefully new business will replace the business that have gone.

My daily. Really friendly staff. Always have a laugh

  • 5/5 Jackie H. 4 months ago on Google
Good variety of shops including card factory, large tesco. New Aldi store, New mcdonalds, fuel etc. And free parking, Costa, Nero. Disabled parking outside most shops.

  • 5/5 Peter W. 6 months ago on Google
Warm welcome every time I return for my weekly shop. Vast selection of goods, from groceries to hardware and clothing. Everything is clean and beautifully presented. Excellent quality !

  • 3/5 Michelle L. 5 months ago on Google
This was my go to place to get some shopping or have a mooch about when I have some free time. Since Aldi has opened though, I have found parking to be a bit of a pain recently.

  • 2/5 Beth O. 4 months ago on Google
A lot of thr good shopping places have closed down. Pretty much good for a weekly shop (tesco, aldi, and B&M) but if you want retail therapy there isn't much here now

This place is gonna be an Absolute nightmare at Christmas now they've erected a mcdonalds! I bet it will be completely gridlocked, not such a bright idea 🙄 I visit regularly as I shop at Tesco, however I'll be steering clear in the festive few weeks!

Slowly getting better with the addition of new stores, the newly opened McDonald's and the rumoured Primark. Much better after so many stores closed.

Lovely visit up to Fforstfach retail park. Great selection of outlet shops to be found. It's nice to see a store coming to the park, done a bit of food shopping in tesco. Dropped my watch off to be repaired, grabbed myself a coffee at Costa. Then, into the M&S outlet, for a bit of retail therapy.

Needed some things from the bargain shops and wasn't disappointed. Sometimes they're the only places you need to look.

Roads were not very busy at 10.30am on a Saturday, so no problem getting there and parking. A good choice of retailers and cafes. Able to get most of what I wanted. Local roads quite congested by 12.30pm.

Gone downhill like many retail parks, and is left with several empty units and a weak selection of shops after most of the best brands closed down. Homesense is the only interesting shop left, otherwise I'd stop visiting here completely.

Really liked this retail park, just off the M4 and had all the interior stores I needed to complete a new holiday let.

  • 3/5 Andy W on G. 2 years ago on Google
A good choice of stores and a large Tesco. Plentiful parking. Cafes and food outlets on site or nearby. No links to the other retail park opposite, and no easy pedestrian routes or bus station etc, which means a lot of unnecessary driving or awkward walking. Badly thought out by whoever designed this area, and a poor planning decision by Swansea Council. This whole area could be so much 'greener' and pedestrian friendly.

Good variety of shops parking for disabled a little lacking

  • 5/5 Gaynor D. 2 years ago on Google
With all the shops that have been shutting down in Llanelli its Bern so nice to go shopping whereas there a bit more life and I love the new charity shop definitely worth a visit

  • 3/5 Jordan M. 2 years ago on Google
Tesco and Homesense are the main draw for me here, but other than that it's standard shops of out of town retail parks. Quality declining year on year. 2 coffee shows (3 if you include Tesco cafe). Some standard high street clothes shops, but nothing special. Access is OK and the Tesco is one of the biggest around

  • 5/5 Patsy B. 1 year ago on Google
Plenty of shops, parking is ok ,guess it depends on the day's you visit but overall an enjoyable visit 👍

  • 3/5 Nigel T. 1 year ago on Google
We popped over for some bits and pieces but were shocked at how many empty stores are there. Tesco is big so you'll pick up some things

  • 5/5 Amanda D. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of different shops from Tesco's to Poundland. Opposite you have Pets at Home , Marks and Spencers and Dunhelm. Plenty of parking and all on ground level.

Love the staff here. I always enjoy a quick chat. If you go regularly they remember your preferences too.

This is a great one stop shopping place . Huge Tescos these a PC world across the road, really these so many shops you've just got to go and experience

  • 3/5 Rose-Marie J. 2 years ago on Google
This shopping park, like many others, is declining and showing its age. It is sad to see that this shopping park, like so many out of town shopping centres is starting to see the same 'influx' of Charity shops as the beleaguered town centres have seen in recent times. We really do not need any more dismal charity shops but what we really need is more vibrant and forward looking retail outlets in which to shop. Real saving grace on this shopping park is the Cafe Nero coffee shop. It is a very welcoming place to sit and take coffee and cakes and watch the world go by. The staff are terrific, friendly and professional with a real 'personality' about them. However, the shop is now in dire need of a 'spruce up' as it is beginning to look somewhat tired and rather more shabby than chic!!!

Stop here to visit M&S Foodhall. Easy parking. There is a Costa Coffee, Pets r Us, Cancer Charity Shop, Benson's for Beds, Dunelm, Currys. Across the main road and more outlets including a large Tesco.

Lovely place to go shopping. Plenty of parking spaces. Clean and litter free. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

  • 4/5 Rebecca J. 1 year ago on Google
Good selection of shops and ample parking. Really handy for the weekly shop.

  • 5/5 MAXMORDUS 1 year ago on Google
Really handy having plenty of different options of food retailers including M&S and Tesco's. Also works well with the discount bargain stores. Would be handy if they had better options for crossing the road as it's 4 lanes of traffic.

I come here with the granddaughter as she loves boots and the work station shops , very sad to see the clothes stores have all gone .

  • 3/5 Gina S. 1 year ago on Google
It's a retail park, Tescos, petrol station, M&S etc. Was fine

  • 4/5 Mark L. 1 year ago on Google
Called in to buy a coffee at the Costa, Costa was great, the car park not so much, what is with the one way system just daft

  • 3/5 Su D. 1 year ago on Google
Whilst the Tesco store is great, how it's going to be once the McDonalds is open in the car park is another question. Its causing mayhem now. Shame to see Homesense going. Too many empty units.

  • 5/5 ospreys c. 1 year ago on Google
