Very helpful and we had golf fish and wanted to go to tropical they let us take are gold fish there and they give us credit for new ones and was very knowledgeable with all types of fish

Come here a fortnight ago and purchased some turtle food, found a few hard points bits in there that didn't appear to be food so went through the whole thing and found stones, shells , bits of coal , safe to say I wont be buying anything from here again!

Needed some pipe for pond pump. Had what I needed and assistant very helpful and friendly. Looks like they have a lot of fish, equipment and supplies in stock. Would recommend a visit if you need aquarium or pond supplies.

I always go here for everything including live stock, staff are amazing happy, friendly and knowledgeable they offer great advice and options they have a huge variety of fish, plants, tanks, and to be honest everything else you need never walked away feeling disappointed or unsure they also dont just recommend the most expensive thing they see they like to make sure it's what's right for you and your tank wouldn't go anywhere else

Chose to go here as new to aquatics and reviews were the best. Easy once you visit to see why so highly rated. The store is well stocked but Dan who served us takes it to 5star and above. He was so patient while sharing his knowledge and answering questions. Explained the importance of taking time getting conditions right in the tank before adding more fish to ensure they'd survive but did so in an interesting way and not like a lecture. No pressure sales, didn't just sell us the accessories but explained how they work and, assembled items for us. Several other customers in the shop who obviously were revisiting which also made for a great friendly atmosphere. Long review but had to be done.

Lovely staff here, they even package of fish safe in a box for the trip home and hour away. They have a variety of fish with some beautiful big tropical, cold water, pond and marine fish, thankyou for a lovely shopping experience.

A rather small business on the side of the road may not look as appealing but they are a good place, you can buy a wide variety of fish, aquariums and any essentials for those aquariums. The staff there also know their stuff so dont be afraid to ask them anything. You also can give them unneeded plants or fish that you already have, and you can either trade fish for fish or get store credit to be used later. This place is rather underrated in my opinion.

Really good selection of fish and other products, but the livestock prices are the highest in the area by FAR! Even readily available entry level freshwater species like Harlequin Rasboras were priced at 3 fish for £9 the last time I visited. Madness. That's twice the price of the same species in Pets at Home, and even several pounds more expensive than Maidenhead Aquatics, which are traditionally an expensive store. Most of the fish cost double what they do elsewhere which makes it very difficult to support what is otherwise a great store.

The guys here have an excellent knowledge of fish. They're very helpful and informative. There's a fantastic range of beautiful fish to choose from...cold water and tropical. There's also turtles, coral, plants and tank ornaments, in fact there's EVERYTHING you need to look after your aquarium. Prices are really reasonable and there's a loyalty scheme where you get money off purchases. Would definitely recommend this place
