This is a very lovely ladies clothing store, they have a good range to suit a wide range of customers. Prices are excellent, lovely range of clothing, pleasant shop to spend that bit of time in, and the ladies who work there are real darlings.

Indifferent staff and this brand doesn't stock anything beyond size 24 in it's stores. If you are fat you must hide at home and order online for the few things they sell in larger sizes. This used to be a great brand but spoiled since it's takeover.

I was in your Swansea branch with one of my friends and purchased a pair of slippers and was served on the till by Natalie I found her extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Very good choice of trousers for me today with staff available should I need them. Forgot bonus card but the helpful cashier found me on the system no problem. Went again today lots of lovely dresses bought one fantastic! Staff still great again!

I just love bonmarche i buy all my clothes there. They cater for the larger person. Staff are very polite and helpful

Myself and my mum went to this store in Oxford st Swansea on the 25th November 2017, I don`t go out very much due to anxiety ,but i was happy to go with my mum to help with her shopping on doing so i took my shopping trolley which is my life line , however once in this store there were several staff members sent over to where we were and went in this store to watch us like criminals because i had my shopping trolley regardless that we both purchased clothes i am disgusted with their behaviour , If i could give this store no stars i would as they don`t deserve any disgusting service ..

Nice tidy store with spacious clean fitting rooms. It was very busy when I was there but nothing was to much trouble for the staff there. I couldn't find my size in a few tops I liked. I was approached by a member of staff who went to look to see if they had the sizes in their stockroom. Came back with a very similar alternative and they also said they could check availability on top I wanted and order it into store for me. I actually kept the alternative as it looked better and ordered another different one for collection. Great service, thank you

Hate clothes shopping but this was a lovely treat today. Really helpful lady in store too.

Very unpleasant in Swansea I'm disabled on crutches no help there at all needed toilet as I have problems no duty of care allowing me to use bathroom I struggled to pack my things in my back pack one store I will avoid in future
