So
having
been
told
about
Founderd
by
my
partners
daughter
we
agreed
to
go
there
for
food
as
Tukka
Tuk
(amazing
food)
has
a
spot
here
as
well
as
in
Cardiff
and
Barry.
So
we
made
sure
that
we
visited
on
the
last
trip
to
Swansea.
Where
it's
situated
is
quite
easy
to
get
too,
plus
its
off
the
main
drag
surrounded
by
other
eateries.
The
difference
with
Founders,
however
is
it
contains
independent
pop-up
restaurants/venues.
So
you
have
a
decent
array
of
choice
when
it
comes
to
food/drinks.
On
the
Friday
we
attended,
we
arrived
prior
to
any
of
the
restaurants
opening,
but
you
could
still
go
in
and
have
beverages
from
The
Little
Man
Coffee
Co.
We
found
a
place
to
sit,
scanned
the
QR
code
on
the
table
and
placed
our
order
for
drinks.
Within
about
five
minutes
our
drinks
(a
large
mocha
with
a
shot
of
haxelnut
and
two
steaming
pots
of
tea)
were
brought
to
our
table.
Excellent
service
so
far!
By
the
time
we'd
drank
our
drinks
and
had
a
chat,
it
was
just
coming
up
to
12pm,
The
Bar
had
opened
followed
closely
by
the
pop-ups
opening
a
few
minutes
later.
I
ordered
from
The
Bar
via
the
QR
code
a
pint
of
Grey
Trees
Afghan
Pale
Ale
and
paid
for
it.
Within
a
minute,
the
person
who'd
brought
the
drinks
previously
came
over
and
advised
unfortunately
that
they
had
no
Afghan
available.
No
biggy.
I
asked
for
a
pint
of
Tiny
Rebel
Easy
Livin'.
Within
30
seconds
the
person
was
back
to
advise
that
also
wasn't
available.
Again
no
issue,
so
opted
for
Tiny
Rebel
Clwb
Tropicana
which
I'd
had
previously
and
enjoyed.
Success,
as
this
was
available
and
promptly
brought
over.
By
now
we
were
all
hungry,
so
we
moved
on
to
where
to
order
from
and
what
to
have.
This
was
a
dilemma
for
me,
as
all
the
food
options
looked
lush.
I
ummed
and
ahhhed
for
a
while,
and
in
the
end
opted
for
Tukkatuk
as
we
had
really
enjoyed
their
food
from
the
Cardiff
Market
pop-up.
The
whole
group
went
for
Tukka
Tuk.
I
opted
for
the
KFC
(Keralan
Fried
Chicken)
which
comes
with
Bombay
fries
a
pot
of
their
thousand
island
dressing.
My
partner
and
her
daughter
went
for
a
Chicken
Tikka
Naanwich
which
also
comes
with
Bombay
fries.
On
top
of
that,
an
additional
portion
of
Bombay
fries
were
included
on
the
order,
along
with
a
chilli
dip
and
one
other
dip.
Like
everything
else,
the
order
was
easily
placed
and
paid
via
the
QR
code.
And
luke
everything
else,
if
arrived
promptly.
Everyone
enjoyed
their
meals,
however
we
ended
up
overdosing
on
Bombay
fries,
which
wasn't
a
bad
thing,
and
my
partners
daughter
ended
up
taking
home
some
of
her
naanwich
in
a
container
supplied
by
Tukka
Tuk.
Next
time
we
go,
I
will
definetly
try
something
from
one
of
the
other
pop-ups
as
when
other
people's
orders
were
coming
out
to
be
served,
everything
looked
amazing!
There
really
should
be
a
Founders
in
every
city.
