As the name suggests, this eatery (for want of a better word!) has just about enough space for about 30 people, cramped at that. The food however, is surprisingly good albeit bland. The rice and noodles that we had, left a lot to be desired. The potatoes were good but then they should be the easiest to cook. The toilet was clean but aware that there’s only only room - no multiple stall-type toilets. The staff were warm enough. Try this place.

Nice food, plenty of choice on the menu, sit-down or takeaway, really enjoyed it.

We went here to try it out and we left the restaurant very disappointed with two things. 1. Potion size was to small and the price to big. The amout or portion size dose not reflect the price tag. For instance I order a small box of noodles. I was given not only small box but he only put one scoop of noodles which left the box half empty. 2. It was like buying a child portion size which came to £4.20. For my part I will go else where to get value for my money.

The food is decent, especially the salt and pepper chicken. However, it would be really great if they would provide spoons as well as forks.

Yum, literally yum. Second time coming to this store, and is still amazing. Would recommend the caramel chicken 100%. Staff lovely too

Ordered via the too good to go app, the store was quiet as close to closing served by a great guy Tyler so helpful and really pleasant. Food was delicious wasn't sure of the dishes but chicken was succulent and tasty. Definitely will be a returning customer.

It was my first chopstix experience. And I was very successful. Chicken and noodles were delicious. If you pass by, don't forget to stop by. :)

A lovely quaint restaurant with good food and wide selection of choices, staff very polite and good service. A star lost only because their takeaway delivery isn’t very good, smaller portions than in store and the noodles were dry. Definitely better experience in person.

The food portions were filling and priced fairly. There is not a lot of choice of meats to choose from, mostly chicken. The chicken was mostly dry. The noodles were tasteless. It mimicked Asian foods very poorly. It wasn't the worst thing I've had, it was edible at least. Good thing about this place is that the service is always very fast. The interior is modern and well decorated.

Noodles and rice smell burnt plus noodles was dry and cold. The rice is also hard and salty. The food was rubbish but presentation good and to think I paid 20 pound for this sham of a food.

Had it from Swansea today and compared to Cardiff and Bridgend chopsticks, it was awful. Rice was hard, noodles dry and bland. Couldn't have what I wanted because it either looked dry, black or there wasn't enough left. Basically it looked and tasted like it had been sitting under the heaters all day. Is the teriyaki chicken supposed to be black? Because it was black black. Its probably nice fresh but today the quality was lacking.

Lovely food but limited vegetarian options for topping. The salt and pepper potatoes are beautiful tho! A tad expensive if you're not taking full advantage of the menu. Overall was good and portion sizes are deceivingly large.

Not one to leave a bad review normally but I ordered on deliveroo had my delivery on time chicken was nice, but the rice was awful rock hard and really dark brown it was over cooked the photo doesnt really show how dark it was,,had caramel sauce with my churros and there was hardly anything in the pots and the churros were very pale like they wasnt cooked properly disappointing for our first order.

I AM OBSESSED!!! been to most chopstix in the uk and I can certainly say the friendly atmosphere and amazing chefs and all workers greet with a smile! My encounter with the lovely young man Tyler was great !! I watched him cool in the window and I was overjoyed!!! KEEP IT UP :) - Katie x

Never one to make reviews but … what a shambles.. no food available when ordered on a well known app.. what a awful place staff are rude via phone and full of it terrible place deserves no stars, can’t even rate the food as it never came and took hours to cancel ??

I don’t have something to complain about this place. The food is so delicious,is fresh and always is warm. The staff is amazing and is a clean place and friendly where you can enjoy the most delicious food in the town. The portions are so big and also the food from delivery is a lot and always is delivered warm.🤩❤️

toppings are lovely, could do with a bigger portion though. Noodles are usually cold and don’t really go with the toppings. Rice is available so I think I’ll get that next time instead! Nice deco inside and clean

This is one of the best places I've had Asian food. The portion sizes are just right the toppings I had tasted amazing and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend going there if you want to get something quick to eat while on the go or if you want to take a break from shopping.

Nice but salty! We ordered from Chopstix as a change from where we would normally order from to try something a little bit different after having a recommendation from a family member over the weekend. We were very surprised with the variety of 'toppings' on offer and placed an order online. Food arrived very promptly in professional custom recyclable paper bag (+1 for that!) The portion size was really good for what we ordered, there was enough for 3-4 people to eat. The toppers were of nice sizes and the meat was delicious (especially the caramel chicken, wow) The only downside which has knocked this down from 5 star to 4 star is that the rice tasted extremely salty, it is almost like it was mixed with a lot of soy sauce. We were unable to eat much of the rice as it was that salty and ended up throwing a majority of it away. Happy to put that down to just a slight mistake and will be trying again in the near future.
