Visited November 2023. We stayed at the fantastic Hilton Garden Inn Mbabane, an imposing and decorative structure in the heart of the city, its curvy lines on the outside are matched by its eye-catching architecture on the inside. A full height atrium reveals all seven accommodation floors. The first floor pool and terrace overlook the city. The service, food and accommodation were all first class. Not a great deal to do around the city but the Hilton was the perfect base in which to explore. A definite recommendation from us - five stars.

I very nice hotel, food is excellent and staff or friendly and very helpful. The beds or comfortable and rooms are always cleaned and neat. Only thing that I would find a fault with is there was not enough coffee/tea/sugar to milk ratio in the rooms.so you can only make two cups then it's finished...I am a bit of a coffee-holic...

Conveniently located in the central business district of Mbabane so the hotel is literally close to services like malls and banks and town as well as most central offices if you have travelled for business. The service is good though I did not see much for Hilton Honours members as is often at other Hilton hotels. The rooms are clean and the staff is generally friendly and willing to help.

This is a new hotel here, and I’m glad it’s there! Just the architecture alone makes you want to come in. The rooms are clean, the staff is amazing and polite. The food options are expansive and cater for different groups. The amenities are also top notch. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Grateful for a clean room. Rooms are tiny, no fridge, no mini bar. That I could live with but NO porters to take luggage to your room and show you around was out of place for a Hilton. Reception staff is friendly but the things that earn you your stars are just not there. I am travelling with 4 bags with no one to help get them to my room. I'm a big girl and used to travelling Africa so manged on my own. Maybe my expectations were too high.... slightly disappointed... EDIT... I found the fridge! My room was dark and fridge is black. Didn't see it! Sadly, still no mini bar!

Located in the prime area of the city. A good breakfast is included with the stay. Nice people and great service. But food and drinks are a little expensive. Have a good pool and a decent Gym.

Loved our stay here. The breakfast is so good. Rooms were beautiful. Great attention was paid to observing Covid protocols. Staff are super friendly and professional. Nice city view.

They made my birthday special. Such a warm welcome. Clean, good facility and location... Could do better on food and breakfast variety only had notable change on our last day, the pastry was the same for the 6 days we stayed there... They should followup and apologize for inconveniences caused by noisy guests upto 1:30am on the 1st... The staff outside need to help take back luggage trolleys or atleast offer to do it...

I am very disappointed at your receptionist by the name of Fudzi. I called the hotel several times from South Africa because my sister and her colleagues were getting lost from the boarder of Eswatini to your hotel. The reason I called the hotel was to ask for assistance as they were getting lost and it was dark already. She lied to me every time I called as she kept re-assuring me that she will call them and try and assist. If it wasn’t for the highway patrol I could telling a different story. The second time I called she should have told me that she can’t assist. I am very disappointed, I didn’t expect this type of service and behaviour from a well established hotel. Your stuff member Fudzi needs proper customer service training.

Ideally located in CBD. Comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean and serviced daily. Friendly staff at reception. Breakfasts are great. Dinners are so-so with some younger staff members not on acceptable professional level yet. E.g. I spilled my drink and Belxxxx did not replace my table mat. Had to get one from next table. Perhaps she was still annoyed from our account interaction the previous night? She was not very accommodating, helpful or friendly - and her body language was clear. It is also disappointing to arrive at the dinner table to find some empty food dishes. It was only replenished after I've finished my meal. Not good at all.

Hilton Garden inn was a truly delightful stay. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and the food and absolute delight! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling into eSwatini.

Being from Mbabane, we went there to eat, a few days ago. Service was very poor, not professional at all. Not what one expects in such a hotel. Worst was the choice of drinks. Out of 6 white wines on the list, only one was available ! Even the smallest restaurant has a choice. Beer availability just as poor. We were highly disappointed.

Rooms are good but the restaurant is a waste of time. Terrible service and the food isn’t nice. I ordered rare rump steak and it was not a rump in the first place and it was chewy and well done. Now in the breakfast I was the first one to arrive in there, ordered 5 boiled eggs and now after 40 minutes I had to leave and they didn’t give it to me. They kept saying to wait more 2 min for 40 min. Ridiculous. Never coming back.

Great hotel in 7 floors and cute pool with a view. Came for business. Amazing food in breakfast and restaurant. Recommended also the pick up and taxi service. There is a supermarket at the reception also to buy some groceries.

Our overnight experience was absolutely amazing at the Hilton. The service from the reception was impeccable, I'd don't remember the two guys' names who helped us, but they were fantastic. Bheki from the bar was also very kind and accommodating. The only person who seemed to have an attitude problem was Samukelisiwe, she needs to change this, that was literally the only negative experience we had, hence the 4 * rating. Our room was great, we were able to get assistance promptly for anything we requested from reception. Really enjoyed the extra amenities, that being the gym, it is very well equipped. It's a pity it was wet and raining, we would have loved to enjoy the pool too. Thank you to your amazing staff, they really made our stay worthwhile, and we look forward to visiting again very soon. P. S. Please consider adding a spa to your hotel, that would really be the cherry on top.

This is a fine hotel. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Service is attentive, and restaurant has an exquisite menu (mainly meat), worth to try, and service of bar with good cocktails. Enjoyable.

I couldn't believe that Hilton had a hotel in this small African nation, but boy did it live up to the Hilton brand! The staff was absolutely fantastic, dedicated, and very professional! The room was spacious, with all amenities necessary for a great stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice. I ended up having dinner there, and the food was very diverse, with a good mix of local and international dishes. My bartender Dean was super friendly, and with some great recommendations! This property is brand new, and is very well manicured. The ride from the airport takes about 1h30 hours, and they offer a private pick up for 725 Rand. I highly recommend staying there, as you'll not be disappointed!

Flying from Taiwan to Kingdom of Eswatin. It’s so wonderful to stay this comfortable hotel with clean and modern equipment.Breakfast is amazing, delicious omelette, muffin, and fruit! I will miss this hotel because wonderful unforgettable stay here for a week. I will be back if I have a chance.

Were quite disappointed with the hotel. Not the Hilton we were expecting. The pool was dirty and very small. The gym is OK. We were most disappointed with dinner. We took the room with breakfast and dinner included. First night the dinner was ok, buffet, and they took extra for water! Which was complimentary in the room! So we had to pay for it.. The second night it was a la carta and we had 252R each to eat, which is exactly the amount we added to the room for dinner. So we felt prisoners to eat there (as we already paid it). The restaurant itself is more expensive than other restaurants in the city, obviously. Overall, we won't be coming back here.

The rooms and facilities are really good, the internet is awesome. The biggest let down is the restaurant. The food for the dinner service and breakfast leave much to be desired. Eswatini has generally really good food in Hotels but this was a big let down. Worse when the food makes you sick and you are there in business. The lunch service food was good, fresh and great variety. Dinner was a limited menu where most things were not in stock and food was not fresh or not properly thawed.

I cannot imagine a better hotel to stay in Mbabane when visiting Eswatini. Very friendly and helpful staff make everything so easy. The hotel is clean, well kept and very up-to-date. If I go to Mbabane again, I wouldn't stay any other hotel. Highly recommended.

The place was world class with the best & beautiful facilities out of this world, friendly staff and serene. There was an ironing board with iron, hair dryer, bar fridge, comfy working station, relaxing couch with comfy stool for your feet after a long day and a big screen TV. Linen was white and fresh. Uncapped WiFi made life so simple for me.
