The service was great, but the access to the place is very problematic. It is not a very good idea to have your biz inside virgin active gym since non members cannot access KAUAI

I've had issues with this branch in the past. Yesterday I stood for 5 minutes being completely ignored (they weren't very busy) and then only to be told once I ordered my food that the card machines weren't working. This branch has missed out many times on my orders because of things like this. I think I've learnt my lesson now. Never again.

I had made a decision not to ever order anything from this Kauai, yesterday I decided to try again since well I saw new staff. I ordered wrap and a smoothie, I got my wrap on time whereas I had to wait for the smoothie for about 20 minutes. I had asked for minimal ice in “All The Greens” but still came watery “as usual”. The people who came after me got their orders “smoothies” before me, why were they giving preference to what looked like rugby team players?

Service is quite slow. bought a superfood salad with a peanut butter bomb. was quite disappointed in the salad. the salad looked very old the ingredients was rather brown seems like you are not using fresh ingredients for your salads quite disappointed. if one compared somerset west salad to yours its like day and night. very disappointed in the salad could not finish it.

In the past the food has been good but the service always hasn't been up to standard. I visited there yesterday after a few months and was surprised and confused yesterday by what I was informed vs the official business hours. It says they close at 8:30pm, however when ordering a smoothie at 8:10pm I was told that they close at 8pm with 30 minutes left to "clean". Please update your hours to an 8pm closing time in that case.

Firstly, ordered a veg wrap and got chicken on it. I am a vegetarian. Seriously you can’t make mistakes like this. Then before that I went to fetch my wrap then the lady only started making my smoothy, how is the drink finished before the wrap. Not happy

Staff is very unprofessional and always unfriendly. Waiting time for a coffee takes 20 minutes.

The staff was very friendly and theor service was amazing and quick. It's situated in a great spot at the gym so it's very convenient.

Don't bother coming here unless you have cash. Their card machine is always "broken".

In gym service provider. Does what it says on the label. Good service, very reasonable wait time for food and drinks prep.

I ordered food to be delivered. The food stood for 40 minutes then was misplaced! I was told they would call me back but didn't bother and kept my money - why steal? Best part is that the same thing happened to me a month ago..

9 times out of 10 there is an issue. I’ve tried to be patient but unfortunately the staff is always unfriendly & not helpful. Either the app is offline, the coffee machine is not warm enough or the system isn’t working. This is getting super frustrating. Please fix it

I had a salted caramel protein shake from here today and it was so good that it left me wanting more. The staff are extremely passionate and make everything to the best of their ability. This is by far one of the best Kauai’s I have been to. I used the app to order, and although the order didn’t reflect on their side, they immediately assisted me.

Pathetic service. On multiple occasions app orders have only been started being prepared on arrival at the store, even when ordered way in advance. Long waiting for app orders also pathetic. 30 min wait on an app order when arriving for a smoothie is not cool. Perhaps staff needs to be changed or buck up
