I ordered food in two different branches and you eat it cold inside the restaurant, the food quality are getting worse every time i try it, I tried different items in the menu and all of them are cold with bad taste and quality. Crispy chicken was one of my favorite restaurants, but in my last 4 visits for University branch, khalda branch and 7th circle branch the quality is so bad…

Hands down one of the best fried chicken franchises in jordan. Perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and as the place is named "crispy." An easily accessible, well lit, well ventilated venue, a very clean restaurant with polite staff working in it. The meal preparation time is quick as fresh batches are cooked frequently to keep the quality of the food up to standards.

Ordered a double chicken crispy meal (two burgers) the cashier missed up the order in a way that doesn't make sense, long story short i got 5 burgers one of them was indeed a chicken crispy and the rest were just scallops and 3 fries with 2 Pepsi's and it didn't even taste good.

The taste is good, the spicy is much better than the original. The order needs 20 minutes to be ready, and this is a huge issue in a weekend visit, you might wait for 35 minutes to get your order. The restrooms are not clean.

Great taste and great value for money will go there again definitely
