I am very in satisfied. The pizza dough instead contained a hair, and the whole pizza was burnt. I ordered other food as well from them and when I contacted them I spoke to the restaurant saying I an appalled by the hygiene and would like a full refund and they can collect all their food. As a busy doctor I did not have the time nor trust to want to go and collect a new pizza. I was offered the option to come and collect a new pizza which I was not satisfied with or alternative have a full refund if I rang back. On ringing back and requesting the manager (Prakash Gonna), a member spoke to him and informed me he is currently out of town but I could request a refund from Uber Eats. Again, Uber eats does not have a phone number to easily be able to do this so although I have submitted a help form, I am very in satisfied with the hygiene and service from Broccoli.

Waited five minutes at the counter to be served, could hear someone washing up, called out to say hello. Was either ignored or unheard. Gave up waiting, I like their biryani but I don't like it that much! You may get more business if you have someone ready to serve at the counter!

We had a pasta with creamy pesto, and it was absolutely delicious Staff was very busy but still made the food with care, very friendly too! Coming again next time I'm in town

came here in the afternoon to get a light bite, and had been given poor customer service by the woman behind the counter, all around poor customer service and general unprofessionalism, waited over half an hour for the order and then was served piss poor attitude, I am not one for writing reviews that have no meaning or are wrongly wrote but I speak this from my heart when I say, DONT come here, you will be served poor attitude and waiting hours for food that will take you past the point of hunger, I will not be visiting here again, spare yourself the trouble of coming here and find an alternative because you will be disappointed, honestly never had such level of unprofessional service I would give it NO stars if I could, and in all honesty the woman who served me should buck up her ideas, or be sacked…

the woman working is extremely rude, she asks questions that make people uncomfortable, I'm scared when I give my order, and the women working in the back are warned about hygiene hands dirty, rude dishes mixed in sloppy

Ordered veg lasagna and prawn salad today. Lasagna was spicy with lots of crushed black pepper in it and no cheese in the layers. Didn't taste like lasagna at all. Little bit cheese was there on the top which was completely burned and tasted bitter. Salad had 90% lettuce and 10% rest of veggies and prawns, also the salad cream was very very less. Highly disappointed with the food.

The tables were clean ans the staff was friendly. I ate a chicken caesar, big size and it was more than enough. It was full with meat. I will go back again and try the pastas too.

Had Pizza from here today and got to say it was definitely the best weve ever had. The dough was soft and fluffy and no grease from it whatsoever. After we finished eating we felt full but not stuffed like we have in the past from some pizzas we've had. Service was very good and staff friendly and happy to tweak my pizza for me as I'm fussy when it comes to certain things. Freshly made and didn't have to wait long. Will definitely recommend and also remember they deliver too.
