Other than the smoking, it's a great size casino compared to most Swiss casinos. Stylish. Could use more table games. Great restautant and bar area. And, you can win here...on a good day. ;-)

Very nice location, good music and most of the time friendly personal. The dealers know what they are doing, sadly they arent always that friendly. There are some which makes always funny jokes and talk with the customers and there are the opposite where they look like they just want to go home.

The best Casino in whole Switzerland, great environment, customer service, friendly staff, fun game experience, excellent food and very modern in general.

The park around the casino is a great place to take it easy when the brick walls got you down.

For me this casino win chance was totally manipulated! I play in a lot of casinos around the world, but only Casino Baden, Switzerland and casino Copenhagen, Denmark and casino Wien, Austria have 95% croupiers win with 20, 21 or blackjack on table all the time! So lucky croupiers I can’t believe! I really prefer play in not money manipulate places!!!

Didn’t visit the casino itself just it the bar/restaurant, which was pleasant enough if a little staid. I hear Sunday lunch there is great.

We had a business dinner there in September, 2023 and it was great. We are thankful for the pre arrangements and for the onsite professionalism. Rasa and her team took a good care of us and were attentive to the allergies, changes and adjusted their services as we wanted. Beautiful view during the welcoming on the terrace!

Excellent arrangement. Variety of food and drinks. Seating arrangements are wonderful. This is one of the rare occasions in Switzerland to see so many people in one place and celebrating. Had fun

Clean and modern, but I expected a bit more from all the ads.

Big enough to enjoy. It has a lot of smoking areas and a big non smoking too. It offers foods and drinks in all areas for those who don't want to visit the restaurant. It offers parking big enough. Some times the entrance is free. At new year Eve the serve free champagne to everyone more than one glass for those who like champagne 🥂. Overall I had a good impression.

Grand Casino the name sounds itself grand. It has a huge park are which is a public park and well maintained and nice place for relaxing walk and spend time in nice lawn in summer time. Casino restaurant serves nice food and it has all kinds of games. The prices according to the name only. But this place is located very close to Baden bhamhof and thermal bath areas

So we had a CHF 200 coupon for the restaurant. What can I say, we ate for free but still were frustrated when we went out... First positive aspect: the terrace is nice and kids can then go play in the park. Second one: meat was good Then the rest... Waitress was at the limit from politeness. She was probably not happy to work there or it's here character but sorry, for this kind of price I expect to be treated with elegant behavior. Then I took the CHF 100 menu ("Asado a discretion") and my wife a burger. Waitress didn't ask how much we want the meat to be cooked so the meat was half cooked inside. Then everything is so full of fat, oh my god! Bread with melted cheese and mayonnaise, I couldn't eat it. Sauce for the meat was so greasy also. And for CHF 100, I had all the meat which I can eat, OK it's kind of nice but still feels strange when everyone is speaking about global warming. And for CHF 100 I had some grilled carrots, the most expensive and delicate vegetable you can find ;) And a nice red grilled pepper which was good. I had a dessert in the menu. I don't know if they wanted to make a "catalan cream" but it was looking like some snot, which was still tasking kind of OK. So to summarize, kind of disappointing for this price, better go to Burger King, I don't feel frustrated there because I don't expect some style and extravagant food!
