I purchased a cuckoo clock while on holiday and requested it to be shipped back to USA. The package arrived a few weeks later and the packing was beyond my expectations! I LOVE this Store! All things Queen and much more! I love that Queen's music is always playing - at least in September for Freddie's Birthday Party! Norbert and his Daughter, Zita, and their employees are very friendly and helpful! Plus Norbert arranges many of the bands and functions along the lakefront for Freddie's celebrations! Always a great time! 💜

we stayed in Montreux only one day, we wanted to go to this shop for buying our souvenirs but at first we passed it walking through the lake way and when we realized that it was saturday and too late to be open...i've tried to write by instant messages to the owner that was really kind. He asks us at what time we could be there ad what kind of merchandise we needed to buy. we speak and at the established time we meet what we had to buy even if the shop was closed 'cause sunday. Thank you Sir again and again for your kindness, Soooo people if you go to Montreux and want to buy something like souvenirs go to the Bazar Suisse....i would like to remaind you that if you are Queen Fans you find the certificate as the mini Statue Handmade and handpainted Only here....Best shop of Montreux...we love it💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

What a great store.Visited from the U.K and we bought a Queen Jigsaw puzzle and other gifts. The Owner was a true delight to chat to. Wish we had more time to talk more about Queen. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in Montreux. As a bonus Queen music was playing throughout and not just the chart/ regularly heard stuff!

Bazar Suisse is a GREAT souvenir shop for Swiss souvenirs and especially Queen souvenirs and mementos. The staff is TOP NOTCH! The owner Norbert Muller is an AWESOME friend now. My sister and I had our trip postponed twice due to COVID restrictions. Norbert we will ALWAYS be FOREVER grateful to you! We will see you again and will recommend your shop to ALL Queen fans.

Very nice quality of souvenirs. .. Swiss army knife. A fairly useful basic one. Knife and cork screw... Not very good English.
