The Pilates classes with Delphine are always fun and very well designed to work all parts of the body. She is very clear in her instructions, always calm and friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend her.

Delphine is hands out the best Pilates teacher in Geneva, she is friendly professional with many years experience in both clinical Pilates and pelvic floor rehabilitation post pregnancy. I also really enjoy her Shiatsu massages, her new pilates and shiatsu studio is very central easy to access.

Delphines Pilates-Training ist unglaublich effizient und abwechslungsreich. Ihre humorvolle und professionnelle Art geben jedem Kurs das motivierende kleine Etwas und die Lust, weiterzumachen! Und sie hat es geschafft, die wenige Sport-Zeit, die ich habe, so hochwertig wie möglich zu gestalten.
