They didn't want to unload 5 hours, they work there are inadequate, such people cannot work at all, their place is in a mental hospital! The products were delivered with a very large delay. Moreover, some products were not like as I bought, they came with different colors and sizes, and some were not delivered. The service desk also had no will to help.

I won't furnish my whole home with conforama but I did once visited every furniture store possible for kitchen stools not finding what I had in mind.... ended finding at conforma acceptable stools and at a good price.

The products delivered were not as those bought in the website. Many products were wrong or never arrived within the timeframe promised. Many of them were not in stock, although they never warned about it during the payment. The service desk is awful and only suggests to "wait until the post office return the products to them", which may take "weeks or months". It has been a 1000 chf purchase and even so no solution has been offered yet.

Not expensive, quality of furniture is good, sometimes less good but acceptable,best and cheapest choice of home appliances and phones gadgets etc.. try not to go there on weekends it's really busy

Super rude customer service. We were trying to get one of their sofa which we have had missed in Visp. So we were driving around as they can't take reservations on the phone which I get but if I told them I'm on my way to Sion from Zermatt to get it and they sell it 15 mins before my arrival and told me off at the same time that's just a big NO.

I couldn't return sth that I bought because I used it just once. So how can I understand that it works very well??!!!
