Easy to access, well located. Unfortunately on two floors, which is less convenient. Service was friendly.

I like this place, because it's easy to acces, quite good parking, large buliding and good selection and the staff here is helpful and nice. Always nice to shop here.

impressive customer service ! I went there after I was unable to mount some part of a coffee machine since the part I had to replace was way too firmly attached. I had bought the machine in Seedamm-Center the day before. I mentioned the issue at the information counter. No question asked. Help was provided immediately. With smiles and much attention. Took them 5 to 10 minutes to fix the issue. In the meantime nice interactions was some other staff members. COVID times. Well organized... but many customers of course showing not much respect for the signage and the efforts they put to make this place as safe as possible. Anyway I was impressed by the friendliness and very customer oriented attitude. I can't repeat that enough ;-)

I was there today to buy a couple of bits and bobs, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I don't go there often but the lady at the checkout remembered me and was super cheerful, I left with a big smile on my face.

Nice but slow personal. Everything you need for DIY with prices not being the cheapest. I go there if I can’t order online or need immediately as there are not many alternatives around.
