I am not sure if the employees are too happy with their new work environment. The pandemic definitely showed from the very first beginning one vulnerability of it: There is no general entrance with an information desk or a larger area to test or instruct patients. Never the less I like the location with the view on the airport with the taxi ways and all the planes (actually parked). But best on it is the connection. Even hit by a major snipe storm, I was able to make it out there. None of the usual paths and I think only by helicopter or plane it would have been more expensive. But normally you can arrive by train comfortably and then calculate 10 Minutes walk. In case you can’t walk, I have even seen some patient transport teams labels USZ that will carry you with electric cars to the entrance. As the staff moved with the departments I am consulting there, I am still happy to have engaged, professional and friendly nurses and doctors there. Mostly.

Waiting to see Doctor like almost for 1 hour

Arrival by train, then walk to entry might be challenging for somebody with special needs. Otherwise, very nice. The view from the outside vindows in the higer level clinics is stunning. Staff very nice, and quick to help.

Visited this hospital for an emergency. Staff was able to attend the kid immediately and it was on a Saturday. Very well maintained and cleanliness. Thanks. Tip: if you come on weekend, you will have challenges finding the route and lifts.

Convenient location, clean, well organized, competent staff.

Easy to get to by car with underground parking. The staff are absolutely friendly and welcoming.

The staff is nice, but the hospital makes no sense. Who breaks a leg at an airport? Whoever decided to build this hospital here is a moron.

I love the usz and the people there. But for this location, small warning: you can only take the lift, no stairs, so if you’re claustrophobic, tough luck.

Truly horrific non-communication at "Allergielabor der Dermatologischen Klinik" from the doctors lead to huge unexpected costs. Still waiting for a report that has been promised but not delivered so far.
