Great boutique with competent, friendly and helpful staff. There is a lot to discover and admire in this two-story boutique. The watches are top.

Leider sind wir überhaupt nicht in den Laden gekommen. Weil wir uns heute spontan entschieden haben, Omega Butique zu besuchen, um dort einiges zu erledigen, hatten wir natürlich keine Reservation. Weil alle im Boutique beschäftigt waren, haben wir eine Reservation gemacht, um nicht umsonst noch einmal zu kommen (eine halbe Stunde später). Obwohl wir einige Minuten vor reservierter Zeit da waren, gab es für uns keinen Platz, weil Leute ohne Reservation eine halbe Minute vor uns in der Laden gekommen sind. Da wurde uns angeboten, dass wir noch warten könnten ???!!! Es wird gesagt 'Time is money'. Eigentlich sollten beide Begriffe OMEGA sehr wohl bekannt sein, aber offensichtlich nicht in diesem Boutique. Wenn keine Reservationen ad hoc gemacht werden können, macht man sie halt nicht. Was eigentlich ein sehr schöner Tag sein sollte, hat sich zu einer Enttäuschumg entpuppt.
