For many years, I have suffered from menstrual cramps which require that each month I have to take many painkillers such as ibuprofen and paracetamol. I was interested to find an alternative therapy to help deal with the pain in a healthier fashion. I chose acupuncture because a good friend of mine had taken it to relieve headaches and had achieved good results. I made an appointment with Mr. Doroudian and I informed him about the problems I have been having over the years with menstrual pains. During our session, he told me to relax, as he carefully applied the needles. The sensations they produce, combined with a period of deep relaxation, helped to substantially reduce the muscle cramping and tension that I was experiencing. I felt very comfortable and through each step of the treatment, Mr. Doroudian always sought to reassure me and provide helpful guidance. I think it was a breakthrough for me in terms of finding a solution to pain relief and I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in finding a healthy alternative to pain management.
