I've been here many times. It's a great place for families but also very enjoyable to go without kids. The staff is helpful and polite. There are many different activities to be done in the surrounding mountains. The resort is quite modern and stylish. The food is well made and tasty in both restaurants

The place is family heaven for several reasons: 1) The food is fantastic. There is a kids buffet with very decent food quality and a 4 course dinner every day for parents. We are here now almost a week and there wasn't a single dish I didn't like. 2) The kids club is amazing. There is tons of toys and fun activities all day everyday. Our 3 kids (2,4,6) all love it and are always difficult to get out. 3) The spa. It is quite big and really nice. 4) The area is beautiful in the middle of beautiful nature

Only suitable for Family with kid(s). Sound proof is extremely poor. Wellness area is very basic, only 1 water spa pool is in the other building by the indoor swimming pool ( easily to get very crowded) Plus One Star for the good advertising and marketing strategy of the resort.

Stayed here 4 times already, love this place. Excellent location: 3 min from the bus stop, but very quiet. Great view. Freshly renovated rooms, very comfortable; excellent bed, good bathroom. The best thing about this place is the staff - so friendly and helpful! I travel with the baby and we were taken care of wonderfully. The hotel is children-friendly, easity accessible woth a pram, there's a play room and child care available (I think, as of the age of 2). The region has a number of pram-accessible walks.

We've had a very pleasant stay at the Valbella Inn Resort. I would specifically point out the kind service and all the attention that our kids received -- well done. That said, two things to consider: We stayed on the ground floor at one of the auxiliary buildings and the room was poorly isolated - not good if you are light sleeper. Also we had to go to the main building for all the amenities, which mean that given that it was a proper winter and our kids' age of 2 and 4, we spent quite a bit of time with dressing and undressing.

Valbella resort ticks every single box for us. The accomodation is perfect, the facilities excellent and the service outstanding. Skiing in Lenzerheide never gets boring as there is so much to explore. We come back every February for the past 7 years and we are not the only ones as our children have made friends they see at Valbella resort year after year again.

Great location, great amenities and completely tailored to a family experience especially if travelling with young children. Between the pool dedicated to the little ones, the Lego gaming rooms, the mini golf and tennis courts in the grounds you have plenty of options to spend the time at the hotel. Super friendly staff ready to help you, for example lending a baby carrier if you don't have one for your mountain hikes.

What a beautiful hotel, with brand new facilities. Especially the garden with its new pool and garden lounge is a highlight during the summertime. But also the culinary highlights left a great memory, with great flexibility of choosing different menu options. Congratulations to the whole team

This is an absolute fantastic hotel. Rooms are beautiful and reception staff is very welcoming. Could have stayed much longer! The food at the restaurant was excellent also and staff going out of their way to please clients. Thank you.

This Resort is an absolute dream. Beautiful hotel in a great, peaceful location near the bus station. Very children and dog friendly! The restaurant capricorn has a 4-course menu everyday with many options to choose from and the food was an absolute delight. But the thing thats highlights this place the most is the staff. Everyone was absolutely lovely and forthcoming. We will definitely be back!
