    Unfortunately I was sold the wrong parasol (had to rent a bus etc...) after making a complaint I was served BEST, compensated for my inconveniences and there was even a fine wine on top! Mistakes happen, it's not a bad thing and the way Ms. Fischli's complaint was handled was simply the best customer service

    Bring time... When goods are delivered, you are locked in a truck and you can watch the unloading for half an hour. Not for quick shopping
