Shops looks cool. The only one thing is prices on chess board queen and king are wrongly positioned. Queen likes her color and it is wrong on the board. Double check it and fix ;)

We received our cuckoo clock purchased on our honeymoon last week! Took just under 3 weeks - we were told that it’d take 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered from Switzerland to the UK - and it was totally worth the wait as it was very well packaged. The clock arrived in an immaculate fashion, absolutely impeccable! 😽 Thank you so so much Winnie for helping us to select the cutest possible cuckoo clock! We shall cherish it and our lovely memories of Switzerland dearly 🇨🇭 xoxo

Very nice and friendly sales people...lot of good souvenirs... A must visit store amongst all shops in Lucerne... Enjoyed shopping as well as chatting with staff...

Do not buy chocolates from here. They charged atleast 20% more for the chocolates I bought. Neighboring shops were selling for less.

Very nice and exhaustive collection. Got to know Rony who was very helful in guiding us not only about the products of his shop but also about places to see around.
