I live in Geneva and TNCE is the only Canyon certified atelier within 100km that is in Switzerland. Neverless, I am happy I found them. Amazing service all round. Had a major issue with my bike, they contacted Canyon and had to order a new frame, had it sent directly to them at the shop. The guys had to dismount and remount everything on the bike and if it wasn't for Christmas and New Year, it would have been ready within a couple of weeks. I can't thank them enough for the quick turn around and amazing work. 100% recommend for any type of bike but especially a Canyon. Thanks guys

Condescending, would not recommend this shop. Came in, said I was looking for an e-VTT, and the man working immediately said he only had “VTTs for cycling in the alps”, and assumed whatever he had for sale was “too advanced” for me. I also asked if they organized group rides, or any group rides for women specifically, and he cut me off and said “not for you only for road bikes”. I presume he didn’t think I was capable of road cycling either.

Great and professional staff, really nice bike club. There is an opportunity to schedule an appointment via the website, the time of the appointment was fully respected and the service was done fast and good. The staff is friendly, fluent in English and more than ready to answer all the questions and give an advice.

The team is great! I'm not expert in bike maintenance and they explained me everything in details, as well as advised me on how to take care of it at home. The shops is cool with a very good coffee. I totally recommend it.

I came in without an appointment but with a problem and they fixed it right away. This was great because I was traveling and they understood that I could not wait very long. I also got an excellent coffee and the guys were very friendly. I can fully recommend this shop and would not hesitate to come back here.

Yannis and his colleagues are very friendly and skilled mechanics. I got an express service for my second-hand bike. I booked the appointment for 9 am on a Saturday and the bike was ready for me by noon. They also carry spares and other cycling accessories.

Good guys a good service. They offer good advice. One star missing due to the reservation system which is not efficient. I took appointment for 9am, at the same time 2 other people were given appointment and only one person was there to welcome the cistomers.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They can help you with any question or problem you have about your bike. They also have a large repair area in their shop where they can service your bike for attractive prices and discounts. This is my go-to bicycle shop in Lausanne! Ps - very good coffee too!
