I do not recommend at all. I had a problem with my foot, a painful area under my right foot and the doctor did not even try to inspect it or diagnose me. Simply he said he would send me to the dermatologist. He mentioned cutting it out and then made me wait. I was so shocked that I went to another doctor and found out I had a cyst and needed urgent antibiotics to prevent infection. I am now much better

Chief doctor, Florens Nestler, made twice wrong diagnose on me. He is also disgusting, smells like an ashtray. Avoid this place!

I'm appalled by the way the receptionists treat the clients. Absolutely no respect, rude, unfriendly. Totally disappointed with this praxis. The specialist doctor was absolutely disinterested, didn't give any adequate responses to my questions about my skin. He also did not do a procedure on my face properly. As a result, my skin got cracked and the issues was not solved because he simply missed a right place to put medicine on. Nightmare. Never coming back to this place. Do not recommend this place at all.

Great opening hours but questionable quality. There are multiple doctors working there, most of which only stay for a couple of months and I assume they only work here as an interim solution. The one doctor who is working there permanently is great, but the others I have been treated by were beyond bad. No proper German/English, unfriendly, incompetent and absolutely not knowledgeable about the Swiss medical system at all! The only people I know of who go there are students who want to get a doctor's note so they don't have to take their exams. I recommend you go there only when their opening hours are making the difference and you can't wait or if you only need something trivial such as subscription medicine/sick leaves. Otherwise find some other place. The staff are very friendly and highly competent!

The staffs are very respektlos, they don’t response the call don’t even pick up d call. Even f they picked up the call they don’t talk. This is insane. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this arzthaus St. Gallen.

Herr Dr. Freise ist ein sehr Fachkompetenter Arzt und sehr angenehm im zwischenmenschlichen Umgang. Er erklärt alles ruhig und gelassen und gibt einem das Gefühl medizinisch gut versorgt zu werden. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann diesen Arzt nur weiterempfehlen!!! PS: Ich war bei ihm wegen einer bakteriellen Lungen und Brustfellentzündung in Behandlung und war schnell wieder gesund!!!

I recommend Arzthaus because of Frau Dr. Zoller and her efficient team. She has been my doctor since I got to know I was pregnant with twins. She is brilliant. She speaks English fluently, so I feel I never leave her praxis without clarifying all my questions.
