We had the most wonderful experience at La Cantine. We went with my wife’s cousins and everything we ordered was just exquisite, expertly made and very tasty. The meats were juicy and the sauces both subtle and flavourful. The waitress was nice and knowledgeable and it turned out she was also the painter who decorated the restaurant with lovely aquarelles of fruits and vegetables. It was a great night and we will surely come back!

Fantastic cuisine with perfect balance of flavours. Nice admosphere. Very friendly people who showed joy in there work. Me and my daughter loved the Oricchette! It made it a great last (monday!) evening before ending our holiday.

WOW. Loved the truffle risotto, the atmosphere, the natural wines, everything! We came from Lausanne especially for this and it was so much worth it! Can’t wait to come back. If you’re in Neuchatel you have to go there !

I had an absolutely outstanding experience. The food and drinks were excellent all around and so was the service. We also had a chance to chat with the chef, and you could really feel how passionate and perfectionist he is about the food and ingredients. Well worth a visit! If you go soon, make sure to order the buffalo mozzarella panna cotta - mind blowing!
