    Martin has put together a great mix of gym / endurance sports and nutrition for me and I'm not only much fitter, but also 13kg lighter! He adapted the training plan very quickly and flexibly to my business trips.

    Awesome experience with Martin. I had long wanted to get professional nutrition assessment, and after finding him and having a first conversation where he explained me the way he works, I finally decided to move forward with him. In four months I can notice how my nutrition habits and consciousness have improved a lot, as well as my regularity performing the workouts thanks to Martin's close assessment. He knows very well what someone's body needs depending on what is your personal objective.

    Ich bin Geschäftsführerin, stark beschäftigt mit nur wenig Zeit und das meist nur bei sitzender Arbeit. Entsprechend bin ich in den letzten Jahren auch aufgegangen. Nach unterschiedlichen Programmen, Fitnessversuchen und Diäten bin ich bei Martin gelandet. Die Ernährungsumstellung war easy und sehr leicht umzusetzen ohne hungern oder Dinge zu vermissen. Der Trainingsplan läuft über eine App, alle Übungen sind per Video gezeigt und unmissverständlich. (Es ist auch motivierend die Aufgaben für den Tag abgehakt zu sehen 😃). Er schaut jeden Tag, kommentiert die Fortschritte, motiviert wo nötig und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Ich hatte zwischenzeitlich einen Unfall und Martin hat innert weniger Stunden den Trainingsplan so umgestellt, dass ich nicht pausieren musste! Innert 3,5 Monaten habe ich 11 Kilo abgenommen, fühle mich fit wie noch nie und habe so viel über Ernährung und Ernährungsplanung dazugelernt! Ich bin endlos dankbar, dass ich ihn gefunden habe! Das ist genau die richtige Adresse, wenn man etwas unternehmen will und den richtigen Motivator und Coach braucht. Danke viel viel Mals!

    Martin, You son of a gun! Always happy to give tips and tricks on workouts - super responsive. He finds the "sweet spot" between being coach and friend. I can recommend!

    I think martin is one of the best coaches out there,not only does he help you achieve your fitness goals but also helps with mindset ( which no other coaches do) and I personally think is very important. He structures a personal work out routine and meal template that has so many different varieties of food! The ONLY thing left to do as his client is Follow it and DO the work if you do, you will get results!!! Even someone like myself who struggles with chronic back pain was getting results, more energy, toning, weight loss and over all feeling so much better!!! Self improvement takes time and as long as you put in the time martin is an amazing coach and person!!!!

    Das Coaching von Martin hat mir bereits in mehreren Bereichen sehr geholfen. Die Trainingseinheiten sind abwechslungsreich und so für mich zusammengestellt, dass ich sie in meinem vollen Kalender unterbringe. Das Coaching ist individuell auf mich zugeschnitten und Martin ist jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar, ich fühle mich also sehr gut betreut. Auch der Ernährungsplan und die Inputs dazu sind sehr wertvoll und durch die Check-ins wird alles reflektiert - Martin ist ehrlich, aber auch extrem unterstützend und motivierend. Ich freue mich auf weitere Meilensteine und kann GymPerformance mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

    Mit Martin habe ich einen super Coach gefunden! Das Training war perfekt auf mich und meine Ziele abgestimmt und hat mir gleichzeitig auch geholfen, eine gute Work Life Balance herzustellen. Das Programm bei Martin kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Die Erfahrung mit ihm möchte ich nicht missen und deswegen werde ich das Programm auch weiterführen! Vielen Dank Martin!

    After more than 200 workouts and continuous support and dedication from Martin I can say that he knows what he is doing and will keep you accountable to reach your goals. Personal interest for his clients, daily motivation and pushin your limits are habits that Martin is living. In the end, you are responsible to put in the work and do what it takes; but if you follow along you will achieve great results with hard work! Recomending him to anyone who is willing to put in the time and change his physique and well being. Let‘s get the grind going!

    Just completed a 4 month training programme with Martin. His motivation and guidance has helped me achieve my goals of muscle mass and toned up body. I have signed up for another 4 months to improve areas of my body that are weaker while continuing to improve my body.

    Zu GymPerformance bin ich über Insta gekommen. Bevor ich aber startete war ich etwas skeptisch, da es so viele Plattformen gibt. Ich kann aber sagen, das ich mich in den 4 Monaten sehr wohl gefühlt habe.Den Trainingsplan hat Martin auch in meinen Ferien super zusammen gestellt! Ich bin fitter, motivierter und kann den Alltag neben meinen stressigen Job sehr gut meistern. Ich werde auf alle Fälle so weitermachen 💪 . Martin kann ich sehr empfehlen ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

    If you want to achieve your goals just go with Martin! He really is a great advisor and coach and my best recommendation for all of your fitness goals! If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, get stronger or achieve a specific event. He is quite different from other people in this business. He is more like a friend sharing his knowledge with you as a business coach just processing agreed list. He checks in consistently to see how you're doing, adjust things so you don't get stuck with progress and is available almost everyday if you need information. Never was so easy to stay consistent with a diet and workout plan as it is with him. Also his App is really great to work with and makes it quite easy following a plan and doing things right. Which by the way is settled on what you want to work with. He has people in his Community training just with some Curls at home and looking like they're going to the gym 7 days a week. Therefore you also getting some extra motivation from his community which is active almost every day. Same with diet. There is no meal prepping and looking for every gramm. More like learning to just eat healthy and at the same time enjoying life. Don't get me wrong, you need to put in the work. But if you really want to change something, he will help you make it happen and teach you so you can stay consistent and for me it really felt easy since the beginning!

    Training with Martin has been a great experience! After recovering from a major surgery, I was having a tough time getting back into the gym. Martin was able to work around my remaining medical issues, put together a comprehensive traing plan and motivate me to start working out again. His support and encouragement helped me get back in shape and even gave me the confidence to pursue other interests like starting my own YouTube channel!     I'm not gonna lie Martin is the greatest of all! made a perfect diet for my phsique and he made sure my intakes are on point. his motivation to do things is just on another level. people looking for a proper workout routine, Diet as well as just for motivation, MARTIN is the guy! kudos!

    5 stars does not nearly do justice to describe how incredible Martin is! The compassion and drive to succeed that he has not only towards clients, but to anyone looking for help and advice with fitness is truly heaven sent! He is so knowledgeable to what is required to attain your fitness goals and is not only going to coach and motivate you, but will put in the work right along side you! If you’ve been on the fence about hiring a personal trainer, you will not regret choosing Martin! It is truly a blessing to know him and to be able to work with him! And in a very short time, you will have the most incredible brother and friend in your life! I’m very grateful to have him in mine!
