    Joined Tommy's group trainings already several times and really enjoy the experience! Its intensive but as well good fun and you leave the training with the feeling that you really trained your whole body. Moreover its a good mix of friendly crowd, female/male, expats/Swiss. Also booked a private session with Tommy as I felt that I did some crucial exercises (like squat) not correctly and he corrected my training mistakes in a lasting way (we made videos etc.)

    No wonder the class is always full, everyone wants a Tommy in their life. Fun, versatile, challenging class. Expect the unexpected, but always up for a blast. It’s like going to a fun Disco night, dancing the entire night but without the hangover the next morning. Only that sought-after post training after-glow!

    I have been training with Tommy for the last few years and I have nothing but amazing feedback. I have improved my strength, flexibility and body mobility a ton since working with him! Highly recommend have a session with Tommy!

    Tommy’s classes are always fun, functional, and focused. I love the variety and never get bored. I love how he is able to create dynamic & challenging group classes and yet you always feel he has an eye on you to guide and correct form. I highly recommend! Plus the music totally rocks!!!

    You never know what you're going to get when you go to Tommy's workouts, and that's a good thing. He offers a highly varied functional-training program that combines mobility, strength and cardio. Highly dynamic, Tommy's friendly and encouraging but firm when it comes to firm. Strongly recommended!

    Ive been part of fitness for many years but since joining Tommy’s classes I feel amazing ! Great advice on body alignment , never the same class twice and great playlists to motivate ! I’m LOVING working out this way so much that I’ve cancelled my gym membership ! It’s tough going but I am fitter, my body shape has changed and I’m stronger not just physically but also mentally! A great group of people attend and we keep coming back for more ! I love that Tommy’s classes use body weight and no excessive cardio ( as I can do that myself with running / walking etc ).

    Great pace and intensity, plus the variance of the workouts keeps you from getting bored or feeling a routine 👍. Awesome way to level up, whether you are just starting out or already in great shape. Plus, great & attentive coaches and fun group to train with!
