I
can
not
understand
the
negative
reviews
here
in
part.
V.
A.
in
the
gynecological
clinic
(endometriosis
center,
Mrs.
Dr.
S.
Imboden)
and
in
the
pain
center
(Dr.
I.
Wilhelm)
I
had
very
positive
experiences.
The
human
being
is
considered
holistically,
I
feel
with
my
concerns
always
taken
seriously,
which
was
not
the
case
in
many
other
places.
If
I
had
a
question
and
the
attending
physician
was
on
vacation,
a
deputy
immediately
took
care
of
it,
read
my
case
and
if
necessary,
adjusted
the
regulations
until
my
next
appointment
on
the
spot.
The
waiting
time
in
both
outpatient
clinics
is
limited.
The
thing
in
between
can
come
clear,
but
you
will
be
informed
immediately.
I
also
trust
the
staff
to
handle
the
triage
("Treat
first
what
kills
first"),
meaning
the
urgency
of
a
case.
A
lot
of
things
are
going
on
in
the
background,
which
the
patients
do
not
notice
and
I
can
imagine
that
certain
people
therefore
have
little
understanding
of
any
waiting
times.
I
was
already
at
the
emergency
department
in
the
main
building.
There,
too,
I
can
not
report
anything
negative.
The
waiting
times
are
just
part
of
it.
Bern
is
a
center
hospital,
as
it
is
often
more
than
"just"
a
few
harmless
colds,
which
can
also
be
treated
by
the
family
doctor
/
in
a
permanence.
I
take
off
a
star
for
catastrophic
care
/
treatment
in
the
Sahli
house
on
the
internal
medicine.
What
went
down
there,
was
under
all
sow,
visits
were
held
loud
in
the
corridor,
privacy
=
not
available,
doctors
sometimes
very
unfriendly,
did
not
consult
my
actually
treating
doctors,
despite
my
express
wish.
The
care
in
the
gynecological
clinic,
however,
was
very
accommodating,
except
for
one
person,
but
I
also
reported
then.
They
took
a
lot
of
time
for
me
and
sometimes
went
with
me
to
the
fresh
air,
which
I
appreciated,
because
this
hospitalization
was,
due
to
complications
postoperatively,
anything
but
easy
for
me.
I
will
continue
to
be
treated
at
the
Inselspital,
because
the
positive
factors
outweigh,
in
my
opinion,
significantly.
You
also
notice
that
a
lot
of
research
is
done
and
you
can
always
benefit
from
the
latest
findings.

Ich
kann
die
negativen
Bewertungen
hier
teilweise
nicht
nachvollziehen.
V.A.
in
der
Frauenklinik
(Endometriosezentrum,
Fr.
Dr.
S.
Imboden)
und
im
Schmerzzentrum
(Dr.
I.
Wilhelm)
habe
ich
sehr
positive
Erfahrungen
machen
dĂŒrfen.
Der
Mensch
wird
ganzheitlich
betrachtet,
ich
fĂŒhle
mich
mit
meinen
Anliegen
stets
ernstgenommen,
was
an
vielen
anderen
Orten
nicht
der
Fall
war.
Wenn
ich
eine
Frage
hatte
und
die
behandelnde
Ărztin
in
Urlaub
war,
kĂŒmmerte
sich
umgehend
eine
Stellvertretung
darum,
las
sich
in
meinen
Fall
ein
und
passte
ggf.
die
Verordnungen,
bis
zu
meinen
nÀchsten
Termin
vor
Ort,
an.
Die
Wartezeit
in
beiden
Ambulatorien
hÀlt
sich
in
Grenzen.
Das
mal
was
dazwischen
kommen
kann
ist
klar,
man
wird
aber
umgehend
informiert.
Ich
vertraue
da
einfach
auch
dem
Personal,
dass
sie
die
Triage
(âTreat
first
what
kills
firstâ),
also
EinschÀtzung
der
Dringlichkeit
eines
Falles,
beherrschen.
Vieles
lÀuft
im
Hintergrund,
was
die
Patienten
nicht
mitbekommen
und
ich
mir
vorstellen
kann,
dass
gewisse
Personen
deswegen
wenig
VerstÀndnis
fĂŒr
allfÀllige
Wartezeiten
haben.
Auf
der
Notfallstation
im
HauptgebÀude
war
ich
auch
schon.
Dort
kann
ich
ebenfalls
nichts
Negatives
berichten.
Die
Wartezeiten
gehören
einfach
dazu.
Bern
ist
ein
Zentrumsspital,
da
geht
es
oft
um
mehr
als
ânurâ
ein
paar
harmlose
ErkÀltungen,
die
auch
vom
Hausarzt
/
in
einer
Permanence
behandelt
werden
können.
Einen
Stern
ziehe
ich
ab
fĂŒr
die
katastrophale
Pflege/
Behandlung
im
Sahli
Haus
auf
der
inneren
Medizin.
Was
dort
abging,
war
unter
aller
Sau,
Visiten
wurden
lautstark
auf
dem
Gang
abgehalten,
PrivatsphÀre
=
nicht
vorhanden,
Ărzte
teilweise
sehr
unfreundlich,
konsultierten
meine
eigentlich
behandelnden
Ărzte
nicht,
trotz
meines
ausdrĂŒcklichen
Wunsches.
Die
Pflege
in
der
Frauenklinik
hingegen
war
sehr
zuvorkommen,
bis
auf
eine
Person,
die
ich
aber
damals
auch
gemeldet
habe.
Sie
nahmen
sich
viel
Zeit
fĂŒr
mich
und
gingen
auch
mal
mit
mir
an
die
frische
Luft,
was
ich
sehr
schÀtzte,
denn
diese
Hospitalisation
war,
auf
Grund
von
Komplikationen
postoperativ,
alles
andere
als
leicht
fĂŒr
mich.
Ich
lasse
mich
auch
weiterhin
im
Inselspital
behandeln,
denn
die
positiven
Faktoren
ĂŒberwiegen
meiner
Meinung
nach
deutlich.
Man
merkt
auch,
dass
viel
geforscht
wird
und
man
so
immer
von
den
neusten
Erkenntnissen
profitieren
kann.
