Quality decreasing strongly in this hammam! Since two years I come here several times a year with a friend and we get a package. This last time the massage was for both of us really bad (good masseurs before). As we complained the woman in the reception was looking for excuses and turning things around. The compensation offered was ridiculous and we refused it. Since two weeks I try to talk to the general manager but she is not reachable. I have the impression they start to spare in qualified personal. You lost two loyal clients.

Great architecture, great products. Unfortunately, bad experience. I went on a "couples spa day" and was very disappointed. The other guests in the hammam including the staff where very loud. Relaxing wasn’t possible. Also staff couldn’t be found to ask questions or order snacks/drinks when in the relaxing area.

Consistently beautiful and thoughtful space design. Great architecture with geometric lines and natural light. Neutral toned stones and washed soft linen touch. Hamman bath was a beautiful ritual. I loved the warm room with steam room and exfoliating process. Special black olive soap and whole body mud pack was included in the entrance fee. We went to the Salon for lunch after the relaxing hamman. The food was simple but amazing. Healthy, natural simple soups and salads. I would definitely come here again for lunch or breakfast. Perfect girls’ hang out spot. Drinks and fresh juices were super but little pricier than food. Tip 1: if you go to hamman in the morning, you could encounter the least people. We went at 10am, we had the entire place for us :) Tip 2: no swimsuit allowed. even though cotton clothes is given to cover your body. If you are a person not desiring to show your naked body to others, then it might be a problem. I personally had no problem with that since they had separate days for women and men.

I love it. I have been here in 2014 for hammam visit, then last year with family for lunch, then today for massage and brunch before. Service is EXCEPTIONAL, ambient so serene and well thought of, I felt as if I am on vacations. I plan to come more often ❤️

To be fair I’ve only been here for lunch but what an exquisite launch and environment it was!!!! The good feels healing as does the ambience. The entire experience is calming and you feel so well taken care of in a holistic way!

Very friendly little place. Can't comment on the spa treatments as we only came in for lunch. lunch was very reasonably priced for Zurich, there was a very relaxed atmosphere, and the service was friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Best felafel in my life, and in Griesbach fest so they didn't have their perfect cuisine arsenal. Jaw dropping good.

This place is kind of random - a beautiful Moroccan-themed Hamam and café on a sidestreet, in a quiet neighborhood of Zürich. The space is quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. And the food seems very freshly prepared, bright flavors, vibrant colors and feels healthy. The big mezze platter plus a couple of additional dishes was enough for two people to split. Perhaps my favorite thing about this place is the generous seating. We had the corner table, and there was plenty of room for my toddler son to run around on the ample pillow-age, fall down, and repeat.

Important to know if you plan to visit the Hammam (and not just the restaurant): Only Wednesdays and Saturdays are mixed gender, all other days are women only.

Truly wonderful experience. Relaxed and beautiful, it is a lovely modern reimagining of the beloved Middle Eastern Hamam.
