Just wow! From the start the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. They greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel welcome. I was asked what type of hairstyle I wanted and my ideas were listened to carefully. Rejhane himself is an absolute professional. She has impressive specialist knowledge and was able to give me valuable advice. She and her team took the time to show me different options and patiently answer my questions. I felt really well looked after and in good hands. The price for the service was reasonable and I felt it was very good value for money. The quality of work and service I received definitely justify the price. Absolutely my new and only favorite in Basel! I will definitely come back and am already looking forward to my next visit.

I had an appointment at this hair salon yesterday to have my hair dyed blonde, and what can I say - I'm just thrilled with the result! The stylists were extremely professional and took a lot of time to discuss my needs and ensure the color was what I wanted. The atmosphere, the entire team was simply amazing. I felt welcome and in the best hands from the first minute. After 2 messy attempts at blonde hair, I finally found my perfect contact - again at any time😍. Super zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis! Vom Empfang bis zum Schluss wurde ich sehr freundlich bedient und mir wurde alles ausführlich erklärt. Auch ist alles sehr gepflegt gehalten und ein schönes Erscheinungsbild schon beim hereinlaufen. Meine Haare wurden meinen Wünschen entsprächend gemacht und bin sehr zufrieden. Ich habe mir Balayage und Extentions machen lassen. Das Ergebnis ist unbeschreiblich gut geworden! Das Team ist super kompetent und man fühlt sich absolut wohl im Salon. Die Stimmung ist einfach toll hier! Ich kann es jedem nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Very nice atmosphere. Pleasant team and of course a great end result. I was there for the second time today and I won't do it any other way. I have never felt so comfortable with a hairdresser. The communication during the appointment was also very pleasant. You can talk well and have fun, but conversations are not forced.
