Very impressively tasting burger! Love it!

I had a fantastic experience at Buris Grillwerk, and I'm thrilled to give it a glowing 5-star review: 🍔 Located near Zurich Airport, I stumbled upon this halal burger joint for dinner during my one-night stay, and it was an absolute gem. 😋🍔 👏 The service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. A particular shoutout to the staff member with glasses (I think of Italian origin) who surprised me with a free drink to accompany my meal. Such generosity and kindness! 🥤🤗 🏢 The restaurant was buzzing with activity; it was fully packed, and there were even people waiting outside for a chance to dine in. Clearly, it's a popular spot, and for good reason! 🍴👥 🍟 The food didn't disappoint either. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the burger was both mouthwatering and incredibly filling. The high prices, which might be the norm for Switzerland, were well worth it for the quality and portion size. 🍟🍔💲 In summary, Buris Grillwerk is a must-visit if you're in the area near Zurich Airport. So freakin good! Staff were the nicest people. The food (a smash burger and rösti fries) was incredible. It appeared to be a well-loved local establishment. There was a cute outdoor eating area, and plenty of room to eat inside. If I ever find myself in this area again, I will come back!

I was really caught off guard with how good the burger was!! And the size was good too , usually smash burgers are so small. And It’s HALAL!! hidden gem for sure. Younus was a very friendly person and explained the menu quite well.

This place was so good! We were headed back to the USA and this was the perfect last stop on our trip as we were craving American food.

Very good smash burgers in Zurich. Just a bit pricey and waiting time can be long depending on amount of customers. Still a must try for smash burger fans.

Very delicious food here! We ordered the Smash Burger, fries and onion rings. The burgers seasoning is really great and delicious. The manager is a friendly guy and offered us a coffee on the house. Be sure to make a reservation if you're coming at rush-hour. We made one and were so glad, because the place was very busy.

We went looking for a quick bite near our hotel which is close to the airport, found this place and were very pleased. Burgers were tasty and very filling, had fries and onion rings as well. I think we were served by the owner, really nice guy! Gave awesome recommendations on the sauces and extra ingredients, and even offered us coffee on the house after we were done with our meals. Exceptional customer service! Would definitely be back and totally recommend you visit this place.

Best burger I have had in Europe.

Staff very friendly. I've called before going there, and they suggested me to book a table as they knew the restaurant going to be full. They gave us the nicest table in the restaurant. We knew this burger place since they were at the old location. The food was always good and price is reasonable. We had Jumbo smashed burger, the regular one and also triple pieces smashed burger. Choices of burgers depending on how hungry you are, and it will not dissapoint you!

Ordered a triple smash and a jumbo smash with jalapenos for my friend and some rösti fries for side dishes. I must say, we were honestly surprised by how good the burgers were! Sauce, salad, onions, rösti fries and the patties with cheddar cheese on the soft buttered & grillled brioche buns, created a truly magnificent experience and an exceptional mouthfeel. Umami was on point. I can happily recommend this place!
