Extremely unprofessional place. The appointment was booked in advanced, which they cancelled on short notice (literally 2 hours before with an email without any special headline or solutions for further appointment), claimed to reach out, whereas I found only 1 missed call without the message or voicemail or even trying at least a few times. If you value your time, don't waste it here. There a number of great quality teams in the neighbourhood.

I am very satisfied with the cosmetic procedures. My skin feels much better and it glows. The staff is professional, friendly and they try to advise you the best.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. They saved my holiday by sending me a product within less than 24 hours via post. They even send me a little sample that fits the sunny theme of my holidays plus a pack of tasty gummy bears and even wrote a personal "Happy holiday" note. The customer support was beyond excellent and patient with my poor German and helped me as much as they possibly could. I am so happy, thank you so much to the entire team of Foyer de Beauté!
