I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Lenkerhof ,and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its dreamland location, offering breathtaking panoramas and refreshing, crisp mountain air. It was a true haven for relaxation and tranquility. The staff at Hotel Lenkerhof went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Their warm and welcoming nature made me feel right at home from the very beginning. Their attentiveness to every detail and genuine care for their guests truly set them apart. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible culinary experience. The hotel boasts two highly acclaimed gourmet restaurants, each earning prestigious Gault Millau points. Restaurant Spectacolo, with its impressive 17 Gault Millau points, showcased innovative combinations that delighted my taste buds. The culinary masterpieces created there were a true testament to the skill and creativity of Stefan Lünse, Karl Bormann and his team. Restaurant Ou De Vie, with its 15 Gault Millau points, served a delightful fusion of French-Italian Riviera flavors that left me craving for more, thank you Chef Tanos! The spa facilities at Hotel Lenkerhof were simply breathtaking. With stunning views overlooking the picturesque town of Lenk and the majestic mountains, it provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. The range of treatments and amenities available catered to every need, ensuring a truly indulgent experience. All in all, Hotel Lenkerhof has rightfully earned its place as my favorite hotel in Berner Oberland. From the idyllic location to the warm and attentive staff, the outstanding culinary offerings, and the serene spa, it truly offers an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and eagerly look forward to my next visit.

My husband and I decided to elope to Switzerland and finally landed upon the Lenkerhof to celebrate our big day. A small group of us stayed there. We all agreed this had to be the best service we have ever received. Coming here during springtime was absolutely gorgeous. Lenk is such a cute, quaint town and the resort is spectacular. Everything from the service, food, spa, and staff was 10/10. Every little detail was perfection. My husband and I tasked Nicole at the Lenkerhof to plan our wedding with hardly any guidance and it couldn’t have been anymore perfect. You absolutely have to stay here on your visit to Switzerland. So much hiking and beauty all around!

Amazing views and good service. We had the Gourmet package and we really enjoyed our dinner. The spa was very clean and nice (and during our stay not crowded at all). Would go back again.

Magnificent stay at Lenkerhof! The service was impeccable! Nicole coordinated the wedding that the property hosted and it was PHENOMENAL! She was so attentive, patient, and kind. She anticipated every need and made it so special. Jonas at the restaurant was amazing as well. He made the experience so memorable and fun. Five star service! Antonio and Eddy provided amazing service and took the time to make us feel special and recognized. Dennis at the bar did a great job making sure we didn’t go thirsty. Thank you to everyone. We hope to return again someday!

Came here over New years and enjoyed our stay a lot. Great location for walks and the ski lift is only a 2min walk away. Cuisine throughout is of very high standard - definitely deserves to have "gourmet" in the name! Definitely come here if you are a foodie! Spa is great too - with the "nude" section far superior to the regular side. Rooms were specious, but room service didn't come every day and annoyingly, there were no blackout curtains :(

Amazing place to come for a drink, relaxing trip or business vist. Always amazing service and great dining. Cozy lobby with live music and great restaurants for any taste with plenty of options for any diet needs.

One of the best 5 star hotel I’ve been to. All staff were welcoming really helpful and so joyful and nice. The spa was awesome so relaxing. The restaurants were just amazing most of all the “oh la vie”. In all this is a hotel where I will definitely return and recommend 100% for the Christmas or winter vacay. Thank you a lot for the amazing stay!

I had a really bad experience in this hotel and I don’t know why they considered it as a 5-Stars hotel !! Lol ! first of all the only good thing in this hotel and if i would give a 5 star for !!!! ONLY THE WORKERS WHO ARE AT THE BREAKFAST AND THE MAN WHO CARRIED THE BAGS !!!! OTHERWISE THIS HOTEL IS 1 star hotel ! Whhy ? If you are looking for a place to relax and as the mentioned “ SPA “ this is not your destination, we arrived at the hotel late night and we were the last Check in so our rooms should be ready , we surprised that when we enter the room its full with a small insect every where even in the bed and when we called the reception to request a insect killer spray they told us sorry we don’t have just sleep this night with the insect and tomorrow the housekeeper will clean it !! I told her sorry we cant we book a 5 star hotel not a motel or 3 stars, she kept saying sorry i cant do anything its just a small insect wont bite you its not mosquito!! I asked her to transfer us to another room just to sleep because we are tired ! She said we don’t have room the resort is full !!!!!! And then i asked her for a fan because the place is so so so hot and the men who brought us the fan was very respectful and i show him the insects and he told me i will try to change the room , while he is searching for a room at the same floor and clean it , i went down to the reception and talk to the lady while i checked in , she told me u already have talked to my manager and he is looking for a room for u , finally he transferred us for another room it was a big room but still it so hot the fan was broken and I expected that they will change the fan the next day but not and the second room was glass in the floor and it hurt my sister foot , I expected that the housekeepers the next day will remove the broken glass that in the floor but she didn’t. Omg this is the worst 4 days in Switzerland, the hotel room view is all in the sun side ( and no enough fans in the hotel ) We booked 3 rooms and i surprised the next say that not only my room is not clean enough and there is insect also my father room + the size of the room not as mentioned in the website its a smaller than the website , if you r looking for a place to relax and spa this place its not recommended in my opinion :)) hopefully the note there mistakes Finally we checked in 11;20PM we slept 2 AM until they find us a bit clean room The photos are only one side of the insect the other side is more and more

One of the best hotels I have ever visited! Their spa area is what makes the hotel unique- very polite staff! Highly recommended!
