I love The Place. Every time I come there to have my hair done the girls do their magic and I leave with a perfect natural color, healthy looking hair and my spirits up. I have curly thin hair which is not easy to cut right, if the haircut is wrong it looses the volume and curls get down and flatten out, but Michelle and Sheila somehow bring the best out of it and I always get compliments around long after I have it done!

Alina gave me beautiful highlights with a great transition. After 4 months you still can't see any roots. I'm super happy! And in the salon you always feel like a VIP. :-)

I have first discovered The Place during lockdown. I wasn’t able to travel back to Prague. I was very worried about going to a new hairdressers but needn’t have, the experience was great. I have been coming regularly ever since and could not be happier. The salon has lovely atmosphere and the staff are courteous and super knowledgeable. Though not cheap, certainly worth the price - at the initial consultation they will tell you what to expect price wise. I regularly recommend The Place.

I moved to Zug from the UK and had anxiety finding a hair salon and hoping with my limited Swiss German I wouldn’t end up lost in translation. It’s always hard to trust someone with your hair. I found The Place and thought this looked like my kinda Place. From first haircut, I have never been disappointed. The ambiance is chic, the staff lovely, and the hair stylists excellent at what they do! There is always a buzz and it is just a wonderful salon to have found. I would recommend without hesitation.

The Place Steinhausen is a wonderful space of rejuvenation and calmness. I'm always greeted so warmly. I have my hair, waxing and facials done here. I've never walked away disappointed. The ginger tea and biscuits are a lovely touch in helping to create the sense of self-care time-out we all should be allowing ourselves to experience.

Since I am a bit spontaneous, I get to know most of the staff. And always I am met in a very friendly and professional way. And my haircut is outstanding every single time. I have been client of THE PLACE from day one and will be for the rest of my days. And the coffee… have I mentioned the coffee… almost as good as in Italy (almost, but since I am there fir the hair it’s still a 5* review).
