I regret that I did not notice the no cell phone and no camera rule in the pools. I snapped this pic, as well as others of my family at the spa, before being corrected by staff. To locals, my apologies. This place is magic. I vaguely understood the concept and was game for the outing, but wow, this was a spectacular experience. Enjoying the mountain thermal water with stunning views of the Alps expands your appreciation for nature and makes your heart full. I'll be visiting this place in my mind for decades. The pools themselves are varied in temperature (28C, 35C, 37C) and styles (relaxation, sport, and play), and adjoins with two water slides that thrill and delight. You can picnic or buy food to extend your day. There is a place for absolute silence, a "textile free" (naked) sauna - towel required, convenient parking (for pay), etc. Go. Spend time and come home renewed and replenished.

I visited here with a group of people in 2017 and in 2023. It is perfectly situated between the mountains and it has an amazing sauna section. Very relaxing.

This time - disappointed. Since we enjoyed staying at this resort last year, we decided to come to Leukerbad again this summer. This time, we had our 3-month-old son with us. It was very strange to be informed that having a baby stroller on the pool premises (even on the grass) was prohibited. And they informed us about it only after purchasing the tickets. Even when I asked to use the baby cot carefully, without taking it around the premises, a pool staff member constantly monitored me and made remarks. Instead of relaxing, I had to constantly hold the baby in my arms. I wonder if people in wheelchairs are also prohibited from visiting?

Vibes. Water slides were so much fun. And the food was so good. We had the grilled goat cheese with honey.

We got a little lost on our way here, and arrived at sunset. This was one of my all time favorite life experiences watching the sun set behind the alps while floating in a warm pool. They had a lot of changing rooms, everything was clean, and it was a great, and relaxing experience.

Regular client there, overall excellent in terms of facilities, friendliness of staff and cleanliness. The only bad thing is the kids that should not be allowed under a certain age (noise and hygiene) in the outdoor area, especially since they have their own space in the indoor area (ok closed for now due to renovation)... The result is that sometimes you feel it is a standard public swimming pool with kids messing around while thermal bath aim to be a quiet area for relaxing & wellness. This start to be really annoying and as always parents are not able to educate their children correctly to respect the area. Plus lately it has been pretty crowded, so the only way to relax is to go to the spa area. As well, parking price is totally crazy. These 2 facts leave me perplexed if I will renew my annual pass after spring next year. The reason for the 4 stars and not the 5 is really the kids disturbing the entire place and ruining the experience. I know it might be difficult to do not allow kids under 16 for example as a part of the clientele will be lost but maybe have a day or two with an adult only policy could be an idea or for example with hours early morning or late evening. However, children under 6 should be definitely banned for hygienic reasons, not acceptable to see babies under 3 with diapers swimming around... Except this, I am used to thermal bath in many places in the world and I can say this one is definitely my favourite. I think the job to maintain and even improve the facility is well done.

Good but too much people on Christmas day. Amazing views and good services. The bar at the indoor pool overloaded. Too many kids, noise.. Imposible to relax.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, view is breathtaking, there are 3 floors with different options for everyone..swimmer 5th floor, children activities 5th and 3rd floor, water is warm enough to spend nice time in outdoor pools but overall the SPA is too old and needs renovation.

Super complex, it's particularly impressive and great located for magnificent landscapes and very much in line with my desires. I particularly thank the staff, who took the time to explain the different prices/options to us, then very kindly directed us to the right changing rooms, all in English. Professionalism and kindness guaranteed!

Great baths. Tier 2 globally. Very decent price. Great bubbles and heat levels. Could be further developed, est the sauna offering. Very family oriented. Great at night.

Returned after a long time and had a mixed experience due to poorly communicated expectations as to when the 3-hr pass ends. There is no verbal or written time limit (checked receipt ten times) but they are happy to charge you more just to exit the facility. Felt like literal and physical entrapment. Somewhat scary. Be warned.

I came here specifically for the 44° Grotte. On the web it said it is open, but when I got inside, some worker just locked it and it was closed for my whole stay. Rest of the therme is not horrible.

Great thermal! The reception can store your luggages and locker was good enough for one big backpack and winter coat. It’s old and small, but it was a reasonable price for it and clean enough! I recommend sauna as well! Small but still amazing with a view :) The burger was also tasty ☺️
