An excellent establishment. Comfortable, modern. Palliative care is excellent. The nursing staff are very professional, attentive, human, caring. Bravo for all these skills. Thank you for all the good you do for your patients.

I have already attended patient admissions twice, once for acute appendicitis and once for a cut. Both relatively simple cases that were never treated in hospital. Each time the patient had to be transferred to Freiburg for expensive money. Are the necessary specialists missing here or is there a deliberate intention to make the healthcare system more expensive?

Ich wollte zum Notfall um 19:30 war ich dort. Sie meinten sie nehmen keine Patienten mehr ich wär zu spät. Die Öffnungszeiten sind aber bis 20:00. Also das verstehe ich nicht dann bitte Öffnungszeiten bis 19:30 wenn man kein Bock hatt. Sehr sehr schlechten ruf den man schon hat, hat man auch bei mir bestätigt.

Ich bin mit meinen Freund am 25.10.21 im Spital Murten an einen vereinbarten Termin gegangen. Dieser war um 9:45 wir kamen erst 10:15 dran. Beim empfang im erstenstock mussten wir einen Termin vereinbaren wusste nicht das es 20 minuten dauert um einen Termin zuvereinbaren… sehr unzufrieden mit unserem Besuch!

Ich bin mit mein schwiegermutter hiere gekommen seit 2 stunden und niemand kommst, kein Arzt . Sie lassen nur so am warten . Mein Schwiegermutter ist in spital wegen höher tension (Blutdruck) gekommen .

Der küchen gehilfe daon ist eine freche person .ich wollte ihn kenenlernen und wurde beschimpft von im weil ich ihn nicht zu mir lassen wollte letzte nacht um 23.00 uhr und er beschimpft mich auf das euserte . Sind eure angestellte so frech mit leute wo man nicht kennt .

We have had to come here twice in an emergency and have been very satisfied each time. Very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. If it really is an emergency, you can get to it very quickly!

What you experience there is impossible. The assistant doctor didn't know what to do next. Left with the comment that he would have to ask a colleague. After asking twice where he was, he came back after more than an hour, handed us a prescription for painkiller ibuprofen and said that was what the orthopedist had advised him. With that, we were sent home after waiting 3.5 hours. No diagnosis, no support splint for the ankle... nothing. We left absolutely stunned. No more grumbling.

We were in great hands in an emergency and everything happened very quickly. Thanks

Prise en charge à la permanence médicale très rapide avec un personnel très sympathique.

Wir mussten am Samstag 7. Juli Nachmittag notfallmässig in die Permanence, da mein Mann gestürzt ist. Sehr professionelle und menschliche Betreuung durch Empfang und Pflege. Kompliment an die Aerztin, sehr kompetent, Vorgehen erklärt und trotz regem Betrieb ruhig geblieben. Herzlichen Dank ans ganze Team. Die Beiden aus Zürich.

Emergency broken bone after fall. Friendly staff at reception. Also friendly and competent doctor in an emergency. He explained everything to me well. The nurse and plasterer were also very friendly. I felt absolutely well looked after. Thank you!
